I received an email advising me that my…
I received an email advising me that my parcel was ready to collect. On arriving at the store the parcel was not there due to delivery issues. No one had bothered to try to contact me with this information.

Called the shop to ask if they had an extra small hoodie in stock (the hoodies are always huge) and the man kindly found one and put it aside for me to collect the next day.

I liked the item I purchased, however I asked for delivery to store & had to wait a few days after the original requested/ available day. I found this a little frustrating as it was a gift for someone who was visiting. Suffice to say they didn't receive the gift.

Great return
I loved the dresses from fat face but had to pick only 2 even though I really wanted all 4. . The other 2 I returned to Romsey store. The staff were so lovely. Made the return easy. Knew their stock really well. What a lovely store, all round pleasant experience. I now have more items on my wishlist ❤️
