Good communication about order

This will probably never be read by the people that need to read it but I just feel I need to say this,I only got this item on line as I always want to buy in a shop to keep the hight street going , so when I was in the shop in st Alban's I found a winter coat I liked I didn't go in to get anything but I liked it so as I stood at the till looked at the staff that seemed to just want to chat to eachother they looked at me then carried on talking around three times knowing I was waiting and the only customer in the shop I decided to walk out then the staff wanted to serve me when I was leaving but I got it online instead as I would probably get served by a computer if this is how your staff are treating customers then I'm not surprised that the hight street shops are closing down

A fabulous jacket. Feels lovely and soft and a good length. I find most are too short. Great pockets and a great fit.
A lovely assistant (Isabel?) helped me with my order in store. She was wonderful.

Easy online order for collection at my local shop which avoided disappointment if they didn’t have my size in store on the day I was shopping!

A unique clothing shop

I love the quality of the clothes in Fat Face on top of that the staff are so helpful ! I visited the St Albans store today and met Team members Georgia and Ally. I was looking at trousers. They both went out of their way to help me including looking in the stockroom. On top of that it was nice to see they clearly enjoyed their roles and I felt completely at home. I call it gold standard customer service!

I ordered on line and arranged a collection from the St Albans store. The communication by message/ email was timely and the goods arrived on time. The staff in the store were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. An

Another lovely experience at the St.Albans branch. Nikki and the store manager Georgia went over and beyond to help me find the perfect present for my mum. Very professional and personal experience today and every time I visit is no different. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back as a customer, and the whole team is a credit to the company.

The store and changing rooms were filthy, dust and tissues everywhere, when we pointed this out we were told they hadn’t had time to clean it, really?? There was nobody in there apart from us

The lady in store was very rude and unhelpful when I tried to collect my parcel. I couldn’t get the barcode up on my email due to poor signal and she was not accommodating in the slightest. Told me to go outside the shop and sort it out. Her colleague was much more helpful and helped me find my order on the system.
