It was a pleasure
I phoned Fat Face in St Ives, Cambridgeshire today with a view to exchanging a previous purchase. I spoke to Dawn on the telephone and subsequently visited the store. She couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and courteous. She is an asset to your company. (There was another assistant standing at the till who was also very smiley.) Thank you for a good experience.

The St.Ives store in Cambridgeshire is the best shop in town. The Manager Ann is always so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, she goes all out to help you. Her assistant Dawn gives a personal shopping experience and is very honest, always helps me with my choices her talent is second to none. The shop is always so tidy and merchandising is excellent. Their customer service is outstanding and shopping in the store is very enjoyable.

Faultless service
Brought a jacket in the sale - sizer larger and black as that was all they had and I really liked the jacket. Went go
E, found the correct size and colour I wanted online. Took jacket back, lovely service, no quibble money back, back in my account quick as a flash! Can’t fault you Fatface :)

The whole process was excellent
The whole process was excellent. Ordered online and received both email and text notifications advising progress of order. Once delivered decided that a smaller size would perhaps have been better. Went to a local store which happened to have the size in the stockroom. Straightforward swap without any hassle. Quality of the item is excellent, as usual too.

Good Service
Good sale prices quick free delivery (because I spent the correct amount!) and easy return to shop. Even got my refund within 24 hours of return. Great service all round. Clothes excellent quality as usual but not sure I would pay full price when they discount so much in sale.

Wonderful staff
I tried the standard length jeans on in the shop to check for size. The staff were very helpful but then I had to order the short version on line. The jeans are a perfect fit - no shortening necessary. I just wish the shops could carry the shorter sizes but glad that they were readily available online.
I’d like to thank the shop staff for helping me get the right size - my local store is in St Ives Cambridgeshire.
