Visited Fat Face in St Mawes today. What a wonderful store with a great selection of clothing. I was very happy with my purchases and will definitely be back again soon for more amazing clothing.

Had a proper retail therapy session helped by Jonathan ! A really enjoyable visit to St Mawes in the sunshine 🌞 made me happy to take advantage of 3for 2 offers and a few other items purchased. Store looked and felt lovely and bright with Jonathan helping me try some items I may not have thought would have suited me. Great Shopping Experience!

On holiday in Cornwall and my first visit to St Mawes - happy to see that a FatFace store was there.

Good range of items available - some end of summer offers too. Great help and assistance from the Store Manager Dawn - helped me decide on jewellery for a gift. Very friendly and approachable.

Superb shop in St Mawes, special thanks to Dawn who was very helpful and above all patient with me when deciding what colour top suited me best, very pleased with my jumper!

Placed an online order for my sizes to be collected at a store whilst on holiday. Email communication was great and the staff in the St Mawes shop were brilliant and sorted me out even though I had no bar code because my data had run out. Also gave a speedy return for the size which didn’t fit (and again email communication was great). Plus the quality of the items is fabulous value for money.

FatFace clothing is colourful, stylish very good quality, and long lasting.

I have been a customer for many years.
Could I compliment the excellent team in FatFace StMawes. Customer service is outstanding.
The team take the time to get to know their regular clients, and are so supportive and helpful.

Fat Face St Mawes

Well…what a refreshing change to walk into a shop and be welcomed and greeted by a store assistant. Dawn immediately engaged in conversation with us. Turns out Dawn was from up North St Helens so we had a uniqueness in common straight away. My partner normally hates clothes shopping but he found 3 items he loved straight away and was keen to try them on and success, he then purchased them. Whilst he was chatting to Dawn I had a look round and was also satisfied and bought a few items and a beautiful rucksack, which is much nicer than Kanken (and half the price) We left the shop feeling uplifted by the great customer service from Dawn, she also checked if our dog needed water on such a hot day. Well done Fat Face and Dawn on amazing customer service today! Beth Martyn and Hector 🐶

Today my sister and I visited Fat Face St. Mawes with our 2 dogs. We were all made to feel extremely welcome by Dawn and Rebecca as soon as we entered the shop. They were attentive, helpful and very friendly.
Their customer service was outstanding and our trip to Fat Face was one of the highlights of visiting St. Maws.

Visited Fat face in St Mawes on 29/3/25 looking for a birthday present for my wife, the manager Dawn was really helpful, friendly and knowledge about the clothes, she showed me some lovely clothes which I thought suited my wife's taste, i had no hesitation in buying her recommendations and I know the wife will love them.

Rainey and Olga were super helpful and so much so I ended up buying two pairs of trousers. Trusted their honest opinion…

I like your products, and your shops, you always seem to have helpful, pleasant people working in them. As I ordered on line, I wish you'd stop reminding me to pick up items already picked up though.

A really super welcome by Toni at the St, Mawes branch for my birthday where we had arrived from Aylesbeare near Sidmouth ( staying in Fowey ) ...So lucky to see a store , where we were able to change a tee shirt for a larger size....we did not have the original receipt but Toni very patiently waited while we recieved the receipt by email. from my son , the buyer !!

Toni made the shopping experience easy and fun. The dress that I was after wasn't available in-store, so Toni offered to help me order it in store for home delivery. I loved the dress as I saw Toni wearing it and I fell in love instantly. The shop was clean, tidy and had a great lay out. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Friendly and helpful

The clothes are always nice in Fat Face and the staff are even nicer. Christie in St Mawes Fat Face was really helpful and made choosing a new shirt easy. I’ve never been great at shopping for myself but will happily go back there again. Thanks Christie and thank you Fat Face.

Popped in, in a rush and was greeted by a lovely lady, I couldn't find the size t-shirt I was looking for, she offered to have a look for me and promptly came back with what I was looking for. Thank you Maz for your great customer service!

Having come from overseas to visit the UK, FatFace St. Mawes, with it's excellently friendly and helpful staff, have been the first clothing shop to convince me to buy in a currency far stronger than my own!
I didn't break the travel budget thanks to their incredible deals, and Toni and Anne at checkout were so kind and jovial. Thank you for putting the joy into shopping!
