Collections are soo good and the quality also is excellent I really fell in love with the designs and the cloth, mostly the staff in fat face truro are really helpful and always smiling. They select some suitable items for staff really soo good I don’t know the staff name she always stays in female section on the 1 st floor she is soo good and had a good conversation regarding fat face thank you soo much i am giving this review just because of the staff and their lovely nature for customers.

The wrong item was sent. I ordered a blue & white dress in size 8 & the item sent was a brownish shirt in size 12.

Amazing service
I came in needing to find various outfits for an event, not knowing where to start! Katie & Gaynor were amazing help. They gave honest advice and kept brining me different styles to try to suit my shape. I left with what I needed and more.

Elsa in your Truro branch was excellent yesterday. I tried on a jumper that I decided was not right for me . Elsa suggested a few other jumper options I hadn't considered without being asked, which resulted in me buying a new jumper. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
