Purchased Anna Batik Midi dress in Navy…
Purchased Anna Batik Midi dress in Navy on line, after trying lots of stores. I am 5'2" petite. Shorter length was perfect for me. I ordered size 6 and 8 and was very pleased that size 8 fitted perfectly. Returned the size 6 to Windsor store which was very convenient. The staff there are really nice and helpful. Would like to see the shorter length Anna Midi dress available in stores as I like to try on before purchasing. This is my favourite style.

Good service and product
Went into FatFace Windsor to buy a coat for my son. The staff were really helpful, and although they didn't have the size in stock I was looking for they told me I could order online, which I did. Happy with the service and the coat!

Staff in the shop were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a lovely leather bag at a great price and a stylish waterproof coat. I’m very happy with my purchases. Discount for Blue light workers too!

The staff in the wiNdsor branch are cheerful, friendly and helpful-the stock is good and the changing rooms are clean and spacious.

A Perfect Return
Had to return a gift without a receipt and they were so helpful in Windsor, no issues and gave me a gift card to the value of the item which I duly went on line and reordered the shirt but this time in the right size

This was not a good experience
This was not a good experience. I bought a Frampton Dobby Shirt large size, but did not fit was told in shop that shirts have been cut down in size this appeared to be a slim fit but was told it was regular. The shop told me to buy a XL size so l ordered one in the shop.I got delivered a large size , so l took it back to the shop. This where the fun really starts l was accused of buying this shirt before the shop opened for business, l paid for it using gift cards, l used a credit card, they lost my address,they ordered the wrong size and delivery note said that l had placed order 3 days after l had. Also charged post and packing. If you order in store you don’t get charged p and p.
I was told in the shop that a lot of men are taking items back because they don’t fit!
Then was told they had no XL sizes left in the country. After a big argument l got the cost of the shirt back but now have to take the matter up of post and packing
with customer services. Odear !

Colour full trendy clothes for affordable price!
Fat Face has become my family's new go-to store! Never knew this brand existed (need more adverts) I coincidently saw this store in reading and it was like love at first sight! since then i've shopped at the Windsor store and few times online too!
The staff at the Windsor store is top-notch! Patient and quick at sorting out queries!

Forgotten favourite
