Good customer service
Both my husband and I like Fat Face clothing… being able to arrange collection at beautiful Woolacombe, local to us, is terrific for us and our doggies too, they love a run on the beach there at the same time.
Staff there are very friendly, no doubt helped by getting to work in such a nice place.

Stood at the till for awhile and in the end had to call out to a member of staff, transaction at the till was very slow and had to be done over two tills as no change in one , having said this the shop was very tidy and pleasing to the eye, the staff were polite and very apologetic, but it was Mothering Sunday and I don’t think the day was anticipated well.

Went into Fatface in Woolacombe this…
Went into Fatface in Woolacombe this week, on a dreary, overcast and wet day. Purchased a couple of items, with help from Susie.
Susie was bubbly, enthusiastic and a great merchandiser and my partner and I throughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks Susie for brightening up our day.

Excellent Service from the Woolacombe Store Manager
The first order I made at the Barnstaple Shop was lost by the courier.Fat Face CSD & Hermes both said there was nothing they could do.
However the Manager from Woolacombe stepped in and sorted all my problems and got a replacement sent out which arrived before Christmas.
Essential as it was a Christmas present
Excellent service on the phone from this very professional Lady.Thank you (sorry I have forgotten your name)
