Came in for a last minute Mother’s Day…
Came in for a last minute Mother’s Day gift. Jordan and Tracy were both so welcoming and helpful it made the whole experience great. I would highly recommend fat face Worcester for any clothing or gifts.

Good product
Good product, got a small discount, collected in store easily. Bag had a handle and returns process was simple though not required.

I’ve ordered an item online
I’ve ordered an item online, I was supposed to pick it up on Sunday however have been told it’s delayed, not sure until when but Christmas is round the corner and I’m not sure if and when I’ll arrive ?

Good customer service
I visited the Worcester store because I wanted to return an online order and purchase the item again to take advantage of a discount I had forgotten to use at the time of the original order. Whilst I wasn't able to simply complete the purchase in store, the assistant helped with the return and repurchase. She (unfortunately, I failed to note her name) was very patient and a great help.

Love it
I love the investment in sustainable clothing whilst maintaining quality. The staff in the shop in Worcester are always friendly and helpful. Sizing of garments is always good.

Best customer service in worcester
On the rare occasion that I venture out clothes shopping in worcester I always pop into Fatface it's always has a great selection and the staff are really friendly, the young lady who went out of her way to help me find what i was after was Lisa, it's not the first time she's done this with me and other people I was with at the time so I thought she deserved a mention this time round.

Friendliest staff in Worcester! Served by Lisa who couldn't do enough for me. Didn't have the size I wanted in store so she swiftly ordered it online for me to have it delivered home. All done with a smile, friendly chat and professionalism.

Worcester FatFace - The Friendliest Place On Earth
Honestly when clothes shopping I had never really considered FatFace before, however the well-presented Worcester shop front drew me in.
Once inside I was greeted by a calming, relaxed and positive atmosphere. I soon realised that was because of the amazing team, each member of staff greeting everyone who entered the store with a smile and non-pushy attitude.
It was pretty much like a coffee-shop community rather than a clothes store - A testament to the team-ethic that has been created at the store!
I believe it as 'Davina' who served me, who was probably the best shop server I've EVER, nothing was too much to ask!
Due to the Worcester store, FatFace has converted someone who would had never considered them, into now a loyal & regular customer.
