i haven’t received my birthday card i ordered for my son

Came 2 days to late after the birthday so had to buy another card from the shop email address listed doesn’t exist!!

Shameless rip off merchants stealing original art, sticking on some AI, and trying to take credit. Reported as illegal under UK Copyright Law. Shameless.

Thieves. They are stealing artists designs illegally, with no permission and no payment. Avoid.

Unauthorised use of artists work - will be reaching out in a formal capacity in the next week. Don’t buy from this company, they steal artworks and sell them as their own.

As an independent artist, I’m incredibly disappointed to see the unauthorised use of my artwork on a greetings card sold on the Fat Flamingo Cards website. I created the artwork and I own the copyright. I have never licensed it to Fat Flamingo Cards. They have no permission to use or sell it. I’m leaving this review in the expectation my work will be removed from their website immediately and I will be compensated accordingly for this unauthorised use. I do hope Fat Flamingo Cards choose to respond and resolve this.

The card images were out of place and the cars was unusable. Poor experience
Overall works well and cards presented were nice to view, lots of customisation options but the customiser itself was a little slow to adapt and respond making the process less smooth than it could be.
Well priced and easy checkout.

Ordered three custom cards with my own image uploaded. Within half an hr, I had a text from Alex at Fat Flamingo to say that the dimensions of one of the images was off, meaning some of it would be cut off, but if I could send them the image they would sort it BUT the print run was in 9 minutes! 😅 I texted back with the image and they soon after confirmed they'd sorted it in time so the cards would be sent out same day! Amazing customer service and impeccable quality checking! 👌
