I purchased the one month from the company and I found out that my doctor said that he did not advise me taking this product. Well I didn’t ask for the 30 days back, but I called and I canceled the subscription well the girl that I talked to evidently didn’t cancel the subscription so when the next one came, I called the day that it arrived and I told them that I had refused delivery on it evidently this company took the product back, but they refused to refund my money so I would not recommend this company to anyone because by the time you talk to the doctors to see if you can take it. They’ve already shipped you another one and it was their fault because I had called Customer Service to cancel. I didn’t think legally you could keep the product and still charge the customer but I guess this company can. To me since I refused it from the post office I didn’t just return it they should have refunded my money. Not acceptable company. Makes you wonder if their product is what it clams. They claimed they can’t help me because I turned it over to my bank, but the problem with that is they had already told me and I have the email to prove it that they won’t help me and that’s why I turned it over to my bank

I only ordered 1 time. I went in & cancelled my subscription 2 weeks ago!! I received an email this morning that my order was being processed. Fatty 15 took $119.00 out of my bank account which is now in the Red bc of it. They r claiming they won’t refund my money even though order wasn’t shipped yet!! I told them I’m shipping this order back as soon as it arrives!! Fatty 15 is cheating people!! Don’t buy anything from them

Company should inform customers that although C15 is dairy free, C15 is a component of butter fat and can cause an unpleasant reaction to dairy intolerant people. Also sadly their return policy is only 30 days. $100+ down the drain. 😢

I have been reading some of reviews that have been posted by members that didn't seem to take the product longer than the one month trial. I will tell you that if I had just used the product for a month I would have given up too. The science was compelling so I stayed with it. At 6 months I saw new hair growth and better skin and sleep. Now. A year later, I have nit had an Epstein Barr flare or a migraine for several months. These two items were a monthly basis. Don't give up if you are dealing with inflammation as the swelling in my legs an feet....a thing of the past.

My relationship I contacted this company and requested to stop my subscription and not to charge my account anymore shipments. Well this afternoon they charge me another $125 after I asked them you just continue my shipments. I do not appreciate it and I would certainly warn anyone before giving them your credit card information.

I have been taking Fatty 15 for about a month. I can't be sure if it is the reason, but I have noticed a significant difference in leg inflammation and pain in my knees. Nothing dramatic but noteworthy. I bought as one time so not to get sucked into reoccurring shipments so will see what happens when I run out.

I cancelled the subscription after taking about half of the original purchase, not feeling or noticing anything different, and that's when the fun began.
After noticing a $100+ charge on my card I went to their web site and found my subscription was NOT cancelled.
Their "friendly" customer service reps told me via email that it was really cancelled now, they had no record of me cancelling earlier, and to enjoy the product on its way to me since it could not be cancelled and COULD NOT BE RETURNED.
I could refuse the unopened box product shipment if I wanted, but they would never refund my purchase.
I notice here on Trust Pilot several others with the company's "friendly" customer service.

I wouldn't take this type of stuff. It's similar to a fish oil and a heart cardiologist. Let me know that all his open heart patients were ones that took fatty oils and vitamins like this and it clogs your arteries. They just wanna try and make money but stay away from these type of items

After reading the reviews where customers expressed difficulty canceling their subscription I’ve decided not to order at all. If it’s this difficult for people to cancel subscription it’s tells me a lot about this company’s product.

Tried to cancel subscription last October (5 months ago) by email since no phone # and or cancel options are provided, they ignored it -- only discovered it when a recurring payment went over my available balance, verify all your communications with this outfit - their response was this is a recurring subscription, BUT it was not a "forever" subscription, they have refused to refund payments

I get wrist and or leg pain when I take it. My wife also has leg pain.

Not only did I not feel any difference in using the product I have canceled this product three times and they keep charging me buyer beware. Dr Emilio Castro

I canceled since I received no positive changes but they still charged me! I told them about it and discovered they made two accounts under my email so they could keep charging me. I do not recommend.

Firstly - I didn’t feel any positive effects, but some GI discomfort
When I tried to cancel my subscription and close my account, I found it simply impossible! They made it not user friendly to cancel the subscriptions!
Had to send an email requesting cancellation. If that doesn’t work, will be contacting BBB

I love this supplement and had a great experience when I needed to reach out to their customer service. I will never not take fatty15!

Just finishing up 9 months using Fatty 15, and I had high hopes for this product. I haven’t felt any difference whatsoever. Nice packaging, great customer service, but not what I hoped for. 😞

I love this supplement! I moved from our 20 year home shortly after ordering my subscription. I got my first order fine. The next two were returned and they didn’t notify me. I didn’t realize I had the wrong address and ordered another. Same thing. They wouldn’t give me a refund or a credit. They offered to send one replacement but never did. Disappointing business.

Fatty15 has earned my loyalty. The science is robust and transparent, the customer service feels personal and human (like pen-pals!). Also, I take mine without the small capsule and I find that the powder is tasteless and odorless!
