They fast tracked & saved the day!
I stupidly waited too long to order a tile edge during my bathroom Reno. So I called up & asked if there was any way I could rush the order. The woman on the phone immediately spoke to someone and made sure it was on the next shipment out! I got it literally within 24hrs of it being sent. Appreciate it so much! I will deff be using these guys to get my kitchen tiles.

Very quick and easy to order tiles online, and delivery was quick. Tiles were packaged really neatly and no breakages. The tiles are beautiful and exactly what we're after for our little hallway. Thank you

Dissappointed in handling of tiles in shipment
Sadly , 40 tiles in the shipment arrived smashed and broken, they were wrapped in a huge amount of bubble wrap but the tiles right at the bottom of the cardboard box were damaged. I don’t know who the carrier company were but I paid £30 so disappointed.The tiles themselves are good quality. Wish I could give a higher star rating but when paying high price for shipping you expect them to all arrive in good condition.

We’re very sorry that some of your tiles arrived damaged. We completely understand how disappointing this is, particularly when you’ve been looking forward to receiving your order.
We can see that you reported the damages through our online form, and our team emailed you on 8th August asking for photographs of the broken tiles. This is part of our standard damages procedure and allows us to arrange replacements for you.
At the moment, we haven’t received the requested photographs, so unfortunately we haven’t yet been able to arrange the replacements. As soon as we receive them, we’ll get this resolved and send replacement tiles out as quickly as possible.
If you have already sent the photographs, it may be that the email hasn’t reached us, so please resend them or give our team a call and we’ll be happy to help get this sorted.

We completely understand that a next-day delivery option would be convenient. However, due to the weight and fragile nature of tiles, the majority of our orders are sent on pallets rather than through a standard parcel network. Each order needs to be carefully picked, palletised and wrapped before being booked with a specialist courier, so unfortunately next-day delivery isn’t something we’re currently able to offer.
We do offer a Priority Delivery option of 2 working days for customers who need their tiles a little sooner, and our team will always do their best to get orders on their way as quickly and safely as possible.

Excellent customer service and products
Customer service was excellent when I called with a couple of queries. It is a relief to be able to speak to a real and very helpful person. Everything arrived in good time and the company made a special effort with deliveries to accommodate our schedule.
The tiles are beautiful. This was the second time we have ordered the same products as our bathroom had to be rebuilt following a building issue.

Lovely tiles but standard delivery charge on top is too expensive.
Lovely tiles, full tile samples are helpful, advice provided, order correct, well packaged, and delivered fairly promptly. However, the standard delivery charge on everthing, no matter the relatively small number of tiles or just re-ordering a 1 kilo bag of grout at almost the same price for delivery is outragiously expensive when there are far cheaper courier services available in the UK so will not be using this company again.
