Fantastically helpful company
I was delighted with how this helpful company responded so quickly to my out of hours query. I was attempting to buy a SUP pump and had got bogged down with trying to use a discount code with another retailer (well known on the high street).
I didn’t previously know FCUP Sports but they came up in an online search as having the item I wanted at a competitive price. Free delivery via Royal Mail helped seal the deal. But what really impressed me was how Dave from their team responded to my email at 0635, and Bekah then followed up with a payment link later in the day, enabling me to complete the transaction.
I proactively offered to write this review (they didn’t request it, as companies often do) as I think this great British company deserves support, given its excellent levels of customer support. I’ll definitely return when I next need SUP gear.
