We paid around $2,600 for a server. After serious issues, we requested cancellation.
FDC then explicitly told us the refund was processed and sent via Bitcoin, even providing a transaction reference and wallet details. But no refund ever arrived to our wallet. After that, our account was closed, and they started delaying and changing the narrative, then finally said “no refund” while the service was already terminated.
So we are left with:
• No server
• No account
• No refund (despite them saying it was sent)
We have full evidence/screenshots/tickets and can provide them to anyone who asks. Based on our experience: stay away.

FDC responded publicly claiming they could not locate our case in their system.
For clarity — this review relates to Service ID 310868 and multiple tickets regarding cancellation, refund processing, abuse/DMCA communication, and wallet correction. These records exist in their own support system.
We are prepared to provide full documentation including invoices, ticket logs, screenshots, and correspondence if required.
We remain open to a professional resolution, but the situation currently remains unchanged:
• No server
• No account access
• No refund

FDC states the service was terminated due to alleged violations across multiple accounts.
For clarity and transparency, the explanation we received changed multiple times during this process:
• Initially we were informed the refund was completed and invoices were marked as refunded
• Later the justification shifted to abuse/DMCA related issues
• When concerns about the validity of the reporting entity were raised, the position changed again to refund eligibility policies
• Now the explanation references multi-account violations
This review is not about debating policy interpretation — it is about the handling of funds and resolution consistency.
The key facts remain unchanged:
• Refund was explicitly confirmed
• No funds were received
• Service terminated
• Account closed
One additional point worth noting:
The cancellation occurred well within the advertised evaluation window. At that stage we were explicitly informed that refund processing was completed and invoices were marked accordingly. From a customer perspective, returning a server within roughly 36 hours, being told the refund was processed, and then later being left with neither service nor funds raises serious concerns about process consistency.
We have full documentation of all communications and confirmations and can provide verification if requested.

We are shocked by the unprofessionalism of this company.
We have heard about FDC before, but we have never connected to this company, because we have not needed such speed before.
We decided to try to buy a dedicated AMD EPYC 7702P 100Gbps server. And thank God that we took only one server for testing. As additional options, they added 4 disks of 8TB + additional 100Gbps.
At first, they told us that they could not add disks to the server. They allocated another server to us, connected the disks. Do you know how long it all took? A month! Either they connected it to the switch incorrectly, or the disks incorrectly, and so on. Well, okay, we are all human and make mistakes. We understand and decided to wait.
What happened in the end: No matter how hard we tried to configure the network: kernel, sysctl, ring, etc. We could not utilize even 10Gbps, the server began to degrade. But what's the question? Money? Well, we paid $1,600 for the server.
When you go to the FDC website and see that a 100 Gbps server (3,300 TB of traffic) costs $799, can you provide a reasonable server speed before the 3,300 TB expires? No? Well, then why mislead people? If the real speed is actually more expensive, specify the price and we will pay. This is not a problem. If we take a 100 Gbps server, then we need a 100 Gbps port.
We also have a VPS, where they can lose data. And yes, there is no declared speed there either.
What happens now: unfortunately, we still have a small balance on FDC, after which we will say goodbye to this company.

We are a small non profit from europe and we have been using UK based Linux VPS instances for 5 years. All instances we had were reliable and fully covered our requirements related to custom images. We have contacted support several times over some small guidance and response time was good, probably even better than big competitors.
Avoid this company if you value your time and reliability.
Server deliveries are promised within hours but end up taking days or even weeks.
Worse, hardware issues are not handled promptly — I experienced critical hardware failure, and support kept delaying the fix for days without giving any ETA.
Excuses, delays, and broken promises.
This is not a provider you can depend on for any serious project.
Gave around 1000€ for month server, constant offline, no actual good answers, alot of problems, putting business at risk, not professional, indie company
I had an AMD EPYC server with NVMe drives.
Working just fine in production.
All of sudden the server went offline, after long chats with their support it turned out that their onsite technician, pulled out 2 of the drives of my server and connected them to a server which was shipped to another data center, 4 hours away.
After 3 days of misery, they restored the drives back into my server, however it was impossible to do a data recovery as they were already fully rewritten.
Giving 1 star isn't doing a justice as I've lost 8TB of data...
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with FDCServers. My VPS has been offline for days with no resolution in sight, severely impacting my business. I rely on this server for critical operations, and despite numerous support tickets, I have only received vague updates and apologies. The lack of transparency and communication about the root of the issue and a clear timeline for restoration has left me frustrated and at a standstill.
For anyone considering FDCServers, beware that in cases of serious technical issues, you might face long downtimes with minimal information or support from their team. I expected a more professional approach from a company specializing in data services, especially given the sensitive and vital nature of the data hosted on their servers. If data availability and responsive support are priorities for you, I’d recommend looking for a more reliable service provider.

It's been a week, but the server still doesn't work, the support is either not competent or not aware of what's going on.
Stay away, this Data Center is totally unprofessional. We maintain VPS and Dedicated servers in both their UK and USA Data Centers. One month ago we received a same day notification that a planned maintaince would take place in their UK DC with an expected downtime of more than 10 hours. We asked them to postpone this due to the short notice as we could not have our servers offline for so long, but they responded that this cannot be postponed and we had to cooporate. At that point we decided to migrate all our UK servers to another DC in order to keep our business operations active. Now they did it again, this time in their DC in New York. We received the below message, again the same day and we shall expect a downtime of up to 36Hours!!!

I guess a pgysical server migration process is not an urgent maintenance and this should have been planned days or weeks ago but they decided to inform their customers the same day, allowing zero time for any actions from our side. Better stay away!

They lost all my data on one server due to human error. I requested compensation, and they only offered me one month free and told me is on there term of service . I’ve been a client with them for 6ix + years, and on multiple occasions, they’ve shut down services without any notice. Avoid them at all costs i will say !
I'm buying japan vps from them.
It's expensive little bit, but they have super-fast support(in 5 minute!) and massive bandwidth.
If you want to buy unmetered bandwidth server, try fdcservers. It's good.
CDN is down for 4 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. No mitigation strategies have been made by the company and support tickets are not being responded.
