Placed initial order, forgot to add something and then went back and ordered an additional item 1 minute later. I was charged a shipping fee for each. Reached out to customer care and didn’t receive a response. Items arrived on time, but I was still charged 2 separate shipping fees.

Customer service and return policy is TRASH
Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to leave you a positive review. Customer service is TRASH and Exchange policy is crazy. Definitely won’t purchase again.

Decent prices but slow shipping
Feature has decent prices and selections but the shipping is just too slow. If it was free shipping, I wouldn't mind. But, having to pay and your item doesn't move for 4 or 5 business days really discourages me from shopping here regularly.
