We have been very happy from the service provided by FEC Renewables. Oliver has gone above and beyond to ensure the system was adequate for our needs and has been at the end of the phone if we had any questions. His team which installed the system was very polite & professional and did an exceptional job given the tasks of the number of Velux windows on the roof.

I would highly recommend FEC renewables if you are looking for a solar powered installation and although we are only weeks into the change over we are already noticing a significant decrease in our bills.

From receiving my Solar Energy Proposal from FEC Renewables to install has taken under 2 weeks. Exceptionally fast and efficient company. Communication from the team is great, really appreciated Oliver (Company Director) reaching out personally. I had plenty of questions on day of install and team were receptive and answered any questions I had.

Bird proofing not within the teams vans on install day, however this wasn’t an issue - the install team went straight out to get some to ensure a timely fit on the same day.

I am delighted to leave a review of my recent experience of having solar panels installed by fec renewables. i started this project mistakenly thinking the best approach would be to have the job undertaken by one of the large energy suppliers. i chose two. One was very expensive and the second i lost faith in after three months of trying to arrange survey and installation dates. so i tried Fec renewables. to my amazement the the survey and installation date was sorted by one of their representatives in less than a one hour visit. The price was very competitive also. From that point on going ahead with the project I was kept informed at every point. The Guys doing the installation were very well trained, on time and answered every question i had going forward. the installation took a single day and within 24h (even though it was a bank holiday weekend) I had a fully working system and importantly for me free electricity Finally they have been extremely helpful since installation in ensuring I get the most out my system

What an incredible journey it has been with FEC! Despite facing challenges along the way, they've truly shown their commitment to making things right again. As a customer, I understand the importance of receiving answers promptly, and although I sometimes felt impatient, Oliver and Harriet's dedication to addressing my concerns during both early and late hours reassured me that my needs were being met.

At the forefront of the team, Josh has exemplified professionalism, respect, and a sincere desire to resolve issues, even when they were beyond his control. Despite encountering a few bumps in the road, the swift response of having an engineer on site within 48 hours of an issue arising demonstrates FEC's dedication to their customers. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, long may it continue.

From initial enquiry to final commissioning, Oliver and his work colleagues have been informative, accommodating, professional, friendly and reliable. Everything has been organised, installed and commissioned in an efficient, professional manor from scaffolding, Electrical installation of the Givenergy ecosystem consisting of EV charger, hybrid inverter, battery storage solution and the Trina PV panels. I'm very impressed with the information provided within the proposal, my questions answered throughout the process and the value for money installation especially with the quality of products installed!

Had an air source heating system fitted in Jan 2024.
From start to finish, all has run smoothly and efficiently. Installers turned up on the day they said and left the house tidy when they left each day. I`ve gone from living in a fridge to a lovely warm home. After service and communication after the install has been first class.
Would highly recommend.

Fec Renewables came and fitted my solar system I had a 3.6kw inverter and 5.2kw battery installed. The lads that came and fitted it all were very professional kept good communication with how everything was going and couldn’t fault them on anything they did. I would highly recommend Fec Renewables to anyone who is looking into solar.

Initial contact and installation was fine, however follow support had been sporadic and now I cannot get any contact from either two contacts that I have from FEC in helping for admin completion or the boxing being completed on the battery.

Quite a shame as we are looking at further panels being fitted next year but have to now go elsewhere.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I wished I’d not gone with the cheapest quote and done more research on the installation this company offers.
I’ve given up and got a reputable company in the rectify my installation so it complies with MCS standards and fixed their cut corner approach to save money.

Having waited almost a year, to no avail , for E.on to fulfill the order I gave them for a Solar PV System in July 2022, I decided to try a different supplier. Having done a fair bit of research I contacted FEC Renewables of Doncaster. It was like a breath of fresh air! From the first phone call to installation took three weeks. Their attention to detail was brilliant. Their prices very reasonable, and their engineers exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough and suggest that anyone thinking of Solar, give these guys a call! You won’t be disappointed.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Oliver and the team at FEC, with in a couple of days of first my contact I had my survey carried out by Spencer who was very knowledgeable and respectful to my needs and my time I needed to decide, he was also able to get my system installed with in 2 weeks of my decision being made which was brilliant.👍

From start to finish they have been amazing, came out measured the roof told us we would get 10 on and they wasn't wrong we ended up getting 12 panels bird proofing and a 5.2kwh battery, very good after care rang up and made sure everything was okay, would highly reconmend
