FedBiz Access Avis 

1 star. I paid FedBiz Access $4,141.50 in March 2026 for a capability statement, a website, a logo, and a FedBiz365 subscription. The capability statement was generic and did not reflect my business, so I rewrote it myself and never used theirs. The website was low quality and I am not using it. I asked in writing for all of my files and work product to be sent to me, and I still have not received them. The FedBiz365 search tool itself works, but the services are not worth the money. Small businesses and veteran-owned businesses: do your research before paying for packages like this. The free help from APEX Accelerators and SBDCs did more for me.

Ashley Futral worked very hard and long to resolve my Veteran owned business certification with the SBA.
She accomplished more than than anyone. Frustrating government response did not faze her she got it done.
