Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. I bought a ring that took weeks to arrive — far longer than I was told, with every follow-up email either ignored or met with a curt, unapologetic response only after multiple messages.
When the ring finally arrived, it was too small — despite being a size I’ve bought many times before without issue. I requested a return and, unsurprisingly, was ignored again. After sending five follow-up emails over several weeks, I was finally told to post it back at my own expense.
I sent the return with full Royal Mail tracking and photographic evidence of delivery. And guess what? They then claimed they never received it. I sent all the proof — which they ignored, again. Only after threatening legal action did they finally process a refund.
The ring itself? Nowhere near as nice as the photos on the website. Not awful, but definitely not worth the money — and absolutely not worth the ordeal.
This brand is a disgrace. Their customer service is non-existent, their practices are shady, and their product is misleading. FedOma should be shut down.
