I would have liked a replacement perfume as had couple perfumes and mens cologne not smelt right and would have preferred a better quality bag.

I love this conditioner/mask and have recommended it to all my friends. Whenever I use it everyone comments and asks me if I’ve just had my hair done because it always looks so healthy. I will always make sure I have a pot available and wouldn’t be without it!!

I ordered 2 perfumes on 16/04 and was advised a 1 week ship time. I received 1 perfume a week later. On the 26/04 I emailed Customer Services to ask about the 2nd perfume. The automated reply advised I would receive a response within 3 working days. Now 5 days and still no response. The customer services telephone number just immediately cuts you off. They have taken my money but no perfume!

Don’t not use this company they take your money and don’t send the goods! I have been trying to sort out an order I placed in March and I never received the goods and I have been promised a refund time and time again. I have now raised a fraud claim with my bank to try get my money back. It’s the hassle of it all. Hate to see people treated like this. Avoid at all costs!

Totally disgusting and beyond useless! I certainly won't be using this joke of a company anytime soon. The order took three weeks to arrive, only after stating the opposite. Having to send an email, after showing my frustration and annoyance, it was ignored. No apologies. Then, within a few days, my order finally arrived, with no acknowledgement or receipt within the package!

Ordered a perfume at the start of March. Never arrived. Emailed and they told me they can see there were experiencing delays is dispatch would be with be within the week. Didnt arrive. Emailed again, told me there were difficulties in transit and would send me another straight away to be with me within 48 hours. Didn't arrive. Emailed again with their apologies and told me they would refund the money. Guess what, no money received back.

Do not order from this company!!!! I placed my order and after waiting for 4weeks nothing has been received, even so I was promised they’ve resent my parcel.
They’ve issued a refund 5 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my money back.
Emailed customer service multiple times, but no one is responding now.

Have placed an order two weeks ago, but no delivery as yet. Order status remains “unfulfilled” on account, however money has already been taken for item. Tried contacting several times via email (phone number provided doesn’t work), but no response at all. Reasonable priced, but no customer service whatsoever. Avoid!

I ordered a gift for my partner two weeks ago. After one week it still hadn’t arrived so I emailed the address and provided my order number. I didn’t get a response, but the product was shipped the next day and I received it today. So I guess - great products, great prices, just be prepared to wait for delivery for quite some time.

Order number FG14147. I made this order for a fragrance, a week later was still pending, touched base, received reply that this item was not in stock but will be with me by the end of the week. Didn't happen! I've contacted my card company, they've refunded me the money no issue, however a month later I receive the fragrance from this guys(unwanted now as you can imagine) of course the money are taken again back from my bank account. Delivery made by the carrier in an unauthorised place, parcel nowhere to be found (stolen). I have contacted this Feel Gorgeous via email 3 weeks ago with follow-up weekly but there's no response. Also their phone nu ber is always disconnected. Be aware, it's your money and time but, Never Again!

Great offer, quick delivery

I ordered a perfume which said would be delivered 2 weeks before I was due to go away- plenty of time. I had not received anything 5 days before I was due to leave so reached out and they told me there was an issue with the tracking and they'd send another. I said fine, as long as it arrives before I leave. Still nothing when I left to go away. They have since ignored every email where I have asked for a refund. Still, 2 days after I have come back from being away for a week, no delivery, no response. Absolutely terrible company.
