Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to us with your feedback. We appreciate your honesty in sharing that our product did not meet your expectations. To clarify, when you mentioned that MagicRooty "didn't work for you," could you please specify in what way? Did you find the effects less potent than anticipated?

To assist you more effectively, could you kindly share how long you've been using MagicRooty and your daily dosage?

Regarding your comments on caffeine's efficacy, it's important to note that while MagicRooty does contain caffeine as part of its composition—specifically from yerba mate tea—our formula is primarily based on a blend of high-quality extracts from Lion's mane, Rhodiola rosea, Cordyceps, and Alpinia galanga. This unique combination of mushrooms and adaptogens is designed to synergize for optimal results, suggesting that even if caffeine alone has not been beneficial for you, our holistic formula aims to offer more comprehensive benefits.

Given your experience, we're eager to understand more about any health or lifestyle factors that might be influencing your response to MagicRooty. We believe that our product's efficacy extends beyond its individual components, but we recognize that everyone's body reacts differently.

We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Could you please contact us at we@feelrooty.com? Our team is committed to analyzing your lifestyle and health status to uncover any underlying reasons why products like ours may not have the expected impact for you.

Supporting your well-being is at the core of our mission, regardless of whether our products are part of your journey. We're looking forward to your email and are here to assist in any way we can.

Warm regards,

The FeelRooty Team

Hey Lance,

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us! We're thrilled to hear you've enjoyed our exceptional customer service.

We are a bit curious about your experience with the product not working as expected. Could you share more about what you're experiencing? Just to give you a bit of insight, each scoop of our product packs a punch with 50 mg of caffeine, among other potent ingredients. Typically, such a dose brings about a noticeable boost for the vast majority of people.

We noticed you mentioned taking three times the recommended dose, which skyrockets the caffeine content to 150mg and includes a high concentration of other powerful extracts. That's usually too much for people to easily handle - it is just too powerful. Even our founders who have been experimenting with potent nootropics for years and years, they can't handle such a high dosage and do not recommend taking it.

If you're not feeling the expected impact, it might be due to a unique genetic trait that affects how your body responds to caffeine and other active components. We never heard of that despite researching nootropics since 2015, but we're keen to explore this further since it's quite a curiosity for us.

Alternatively, if your system is accustomed to such extremely high intake of stimulants, the effects might not be as pronounced. It's crucial to be cautious with such high levels of stimulants, as it can pose serious health risks.

In either case, we're here to support you. If it's about finding a way to adjust or manage your intake safely, please reach out to us at we@feelrooty.com. We're ready to help you find a more holistic approach to enjoy our products safely and effectively.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Dear Daniela,

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us. Your feedback is incredibly important as it helps us to further refine and improve our offerings. We understand that your experience with our product, MagicRooty, has not fully met your expectations, and we appreciate your willingness to communicate your concerns after trying it for a week.

MagicRooty is formulated with 50 mg of caffeine among other potent ingredients. If you haven't felt the expected effects, it might be due to a high tolerance to caffeine developed from consuming significant amounts regularly over an extended period. If this resonates with you, your body might require a little more time to adjust and respond to MagicRooty effectively.

On the other hand, if caffeine tolerance doesn't seem to be the issue, there could be other factors influencing your health and well-being that might be diminishing the efficacy of MagicRooty. We are here to support you and would be delighted to help explore this further. Please feel free to reach out to us at we@feelrooty.com for personalized assistance.

It's important to note that most users experience the beneficial effects of MagicRooty within about 10 minutes of consumption. Additionally, ingredients like medicinal mushrooms and adaptogens are known to offer increasingly significant benefits over time, with peak effects typically observed between one to two months of consistent use. Therefore, we encourage you to continue with MagicRooty to experience its full potential.

Regarding the pricing, we understand that perceptions of value can vary widely. While we believe that MagicRooty offers great value, especially when considering the cost of purchasing individual high-quality ingredients, we recognize that opinions on this matter can differ.

We eagerly await the opportunity to connect with you and are here to provide any further information or support you may need. Thank you once again for your feedback.

Hi Dil,

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. At FeelRooty, we're committed to helping each of our customers enhance their performance, and your feedback is crucial in this mission.

Regarding your concerns, it's important to clarify that our formula does contain 50mg of caffeine. While this may seem modest, it's designed to work synergistically with the other ingredients for a more profound effect. Although a large cup of highly caffeinated coffee might offer a more immediate and noticeable boost, this is often followed by a rapid decline in energy levels.

In contrast, MagicRooty features a carefully balanced caffeine content to support sustained energy and focus. Our approach ensures a smoother experience, avoiding the typical highs and lows associated with coffee consumption. This means you can enjoy up to 6 hours of improved mood, focus, and balance without the abrupt crash.

However, there are scenarios where the effects might feel less pronounced. If you have a high caffeine tolerance due to regular consumption of large amounts of coffee, it may take some time for your body to adjust and fully benefit from the natural compounds in MagicRooty. Similarly, lifestyle factors like inadequate sleep, suboptimal diet, or high stress can also diminish the effectiveness of our product.

Having said that, we're willing to help you out find the root cause of your problems and address it, no matter if you continue drinking our products or not. Feel free to send an email we@feelrooty.com and we'll get in touch with practical tips.

Lastly, remember that adaptogens and mushrooms typically reach their full potential with about two months of regular use. If you're looking to truly optimize your performance, we encourage you to give MagicRooty a bit more time, regardless of your current lifestyle or caffeine habits.

We hope this information is helpful and look forward to the opportunity to assist you further.

Best wishes,

The FeelRooty Team

Yuri, hvala za feedback, cenimo. Ravno pred kratkim smo posodobili embalažo, ki je sedaj precej boljša, v kratkem pa pripravljamo še eno posodobitev, ki bi morala popolnoma odpraviti ta izziv :)
