I purchased something 5 days ago I have not heard from anyone even though website says 2 to 5 business days delivery will be made I have emailed them and no one replies and there is no contact number

Very happy customer
Due to covid the delivery was a little longer than I expected but when I enquired the answer was very prompt and friendly. And so was the communication on the delivery day. A pleasure to deal with! And a great price too!

The item I ordered was delivered within 72 hours, and is everything it was advertised to be. In addition, it was $50 cheaper than the competitor’s, which is an added bonus.

Product was delivered quickly
Product was delivered quickly. I foolishly put the hinges on the wrong way and couldn’t work it out. They were very patient in advising me. Maybe this fine point should be dealt with more precisely for us unskilled.

Great delivery times. Item as described. No fuss purchase. Communication could be slightly improved (more lead-in time to when item was arriving. I received notice on the morning of the delivery. I was lucky that I was home to receive parcel that day as there was nowhere the parcel could be left had no one been there to take delivery). However all-in-all, I am happy with the item and happy with the service

Ordered a table
Ordered a table, order was accepted. Then received an email a week later stating that the order has been refunded. Why sell something that you can't deliver. Waste of time and effort. Disappointed.
