Booked with this top rated travel company and absolute sham from start to finish. They still have not refunded the holiday even though the holiday doesn’t exist.

Any one you speak too either on the phone, through Facebook or email are made up names, there responses once they have took your money is shocking and I can guarantee you will not be going on any holiday!!

DONT BE TEMPTED TO PAY VIA BACS AS REQUESTED. ALWAYS PAY VIA CREDIT CARD EVEN WITH THE FEE THEY CHARGE TO ENSURE YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Scammed out of over £5000 by felix holidays keep getting lied to told a cheque has been sent out when it never was, looking to see if anyone has managed to get there money back off felix holidays.

Had the best holiday to Phuket and Bangkok.
Shaun answered all queries promptly and was always very responsive.

I booked with Felix to ski in Bulgaria. My initial contact was great. Then my original choice (which was booked) became unavailable and I was offered an alternative at no increase in cost plus free transfers which I accepted. So far so good. I was booked on a Wizz air flight who then charged me £170 return for my suitcase. I wasn't able to check in online as I didn't pay the extra to reserve a seat another £41. I arrived in Bulgaria no transfer. I had to get a taxi to the resort. I contacted Felix and was told that I would be refunded. I contacted them before my return to be told that they were sorting out the transfer from the hotel. Only then to be told that their suppliers couldn't sort it and that I should sort it and they would reimburse me. I then had to sort my transfer out. I have contacted Felix only to get no response from them.
Be very wary of this company

I recently contacted Felixholidays in the hope of obtaining a last minute ski holiday for my son and myself during half term. Other travel companies were telling me there was nothing available! However Kevin from Felix took up my enquiry and made many enquiries to find us something. After several days of what must have been very hard work Kevin managed to find us just what we were looking for in France! I can only really say this regarding Kevin’s efforts; Kevin you really pulled out all the stops, you persevered continuously and overcame so many issues to secure this trip for us, we are indebted to you Sir! I will not hesitate to contact Felixholidays for future travel arrangements and hopefully Kevin can help us again. I have already made recommendations to a few friends and family and passed on Felixholidays contact information.
So to sum up ; Thank you Kevin, you are a true go-getter and what I consider a credit to any employer/company. Keep up the Fantastic work.

Paid nearly £10k for a holiday to Florida, once paid in full they were suppose to send docs etc. Nothing! 2 months of chasing with loads of excuses only to find out flights hadn’t been booked and they can no longer provide the holiday. Now fighting to get my refund and court proceedings imminent 😡😡😡
