I have been on the GLP-1 program for over a year now. I have lost 75 pounds and I’m currently on the maintenance program. So being in the Fella Health program has been great for me.

Terrible customer service - AI responses only

Update: Since leaving my initial review I was contacted within 12 hours by the escalations lead (a human) and the issue was resolved immediately. I'm obviously glad this was done but at the same time it is quite frustrating to know this could have been resolved by a human so quickly after such a drawn out back and forth with AI. Based on the remedy offered, I've updated my review from 1 star to 3.

I placed multiple orders with Fella Health for weight loss medication which were delivered fine and the price was reasonable. However on my third delivery it was delivered to another address which clearly isn't mine (the proof of delivery shows it being delivered in a block of flats and I live in a house and there are no flats in close proximity). I understand this is Royal Mail's error but my contract is with Fella Health to resolve this dispute.

I contacted Fella Health as soon as it was marked delivered to explain this and after 2 weeks I received no response (I'd now ran out of medication). I contacted their WhatsApp number who provided an AI responses and told me to reach out to another Email address (not the one listed on their website) and I received an AI response from this email address telling me they will investigate this immediately. After a few more days they requested I provide a picture of my front door which I did and I heard nothing back and insisted to me and investigation was ongoing. A week later, my subscription renewed and they charged me a further £260. The AI then emailed me again asking me to confirm if I've received my order from the previous month's and whether I took the last dose. Obviously I haven't as it wasnt delivered. I've requested multiple times to be phoned to resolve this and have now sent and received over 20 emails on this issue but as far as I can tell, there is no option to ever speak to a human if your order is wrong. This is infuriating and in addition each of the email responses is signed off with a name to indicate that you're speaking to a human which is obviously not the case.

Based on my experience of their customer service, I would strongly advise not using Fella Health if you value the ability to resolve a dispute as they are incapable of doing it.

We're really sorry it's reached this point. A misdelivery puts a clock on everything that follows, and the way this has played out since hasn't matched the urgency the situation needed.

Courier investigations do have their own process and timeframe, but how you're looked after in the meantime is firmly on us. A second charge landing while an active dispute is still open is the part that worries us most.

Someone from our escalations team will be reaching out to you personally to take this on and get it properly resolved.

I've been with Fella for almost 2 years now and no complaints. Started with another company and found Fella after a train wreck of an experience with the first. Process was quick and answered any questions I had in a timely manner.

Steady weight loss and no side effects through the whole process. Always quick to answer any questions or help with concerns whenever they came up. During uncertain times Jordan, Stanley and Ritchie were always there to sort out any problems before they happened and made sure I was taken care of.

I couldn't think of any way that my whole experience could have been made better. Definitely grateful that I found Fella when I did, it definitely saved me a lot of headache and helped my journey to a healthier and happier life. Because of the support, I'm in better shape and health than I've been in since my 20's.
