"Dishwasher safe' they are not
Cups say they are 'dishwasher safe'. I washed in the dishwasher and the copper faded. Customer service said that this was normal and they recommend hand wash only. "Unfortunately there is nothing we can do as there is a 30 day warranty." Would not recommend purchasing their product.
Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. They could care less about after the sale. They know their ODE grinder does not grind fine enough on the lowest setting and will not answer emails or SM to either refund or fix the issue. I guess it’s calling the credit card company for me.

Products are decent EXCEPT the atomizer jar. I’ve had 2 sent back and both were broken out of the box. It’s a terrible product.
Nice design, poor products
I have purchased their electric kettle and their Atmos canisters, and am not satisfied with either. The kettle overshoots the programmed temperature when set at 80-85 or lower, unless the kettle is really full (which, for one person, is a waste). This is clearly a structural problem, since I returned the first one and the second one had exactly the same fault. And their canisters both started to lose their vacuuming ability after a few months of use. Very disappointed given that they are marketed as premium products, at premium prices. They seem to focus on design more than on functionality.

I have the Ode grinder, Stagg EKG kettle and carter mugs. They are all great. The customer service is really easy to get in touch with and they provide great support. Shipping is packed well.

I purchased the 18 ounce Eddy Steaming pitcher and received a 12 ounce pitcher instead. I contacted the company to arrange an exchange of the product. I was emailed a link to supposedly create a return label. It did not work and after over 48 hours of trying contacted them again. No response. I have attempted to contact them two more times with no response at all. This is thief. This is the business practice of shortsighted fools. It is among the worst so-called customer service I have ever encountered. Skip them and don’t waste your time or money. Will certainly not be shopping with them again.

First time purchase for their most of the products - Grinder, Pour-over Kit, Electric Kettle... since I am into pour-over coffee.
UPS Failed to delivery the items securely, items were missing/lost, and I was not able to receive it by the time I need.
Customer service tried to resolve the issue but eventually, they failed to find the resolution with UPS for missing/lost item and also not providing a full refund.
They offered the store credit but why can't it be in the original payment method for not secure delivery that is caused from the shipping courier? I know the company makes a good product but shipping and support experience deserves 2 stars.
