Slowly but surely - hopeful
I received my felt caves (4, as I have 4 cats) a couple of weeks ago. 2 of the cats have been sleeping in them a couple of hours a day, and the others are gradually showing interest. I'm looking for dried catnip to put in the caves to see if that will entice them in. They look great and I'm hopeful.

Hi Danna, thank you for taking the time to write us a review! We're glad that 2 of your cats love to sleep in their Feltcave. We hope that eventually your 2 other cats will warm up to it as well! As a tip, you could try to place it to their favorite sleeping spot for example on top of your bed/sofa. You could also try to put their favorite stuff such as toys and blankets. Please keep us posted in how it'll turn out! Thanks again!
A Super Thick, Cozy Little Hidey Hole
Both cats love their new felt cave. We never got the mouse that was supposed to come with it, but that’s no big deal. It’s so pretty. Just as pictured- a super thick, cozy little hidey hole. I may even get a second one cuz Why not?

We'll report this to our warehouse for better quality check and make sure each of our caves will have a surprise gift inside! A Perfect Fit!
My cats have already tried out their Feltcave and seem to find it a new home! A Perfect fit for cats! My only reason for not-a-5-star review is that the mailing process seemed spotty; finally having track it via text and email to receive it.

The Cat Cave Instantly became the Bella Kitty Cave
Our kitty Bella went right into her cave and has made it her winter hibernation spot. It’s so adorable watching her go in and out.

Really lovely product!
Really lovely product! My cat is very picky with things but he immediately loved the cave and have barely moved out of it since we received it.
Extra plus is that it’s kind to the environment. Thanks for making it!

Hi Tess, thanks for your awesome feedback! I hope your cats love their new cat cave!
The product is great
The product is great. Our three cats love our three felt caves. Even more, the felt mice, which can be ordered separately in a four pack but (I think) come singly with the caves are by far the best mouse toy in the business. They have just the right weight, feel, and "Squish" to feel like actual prey to our cats. Not the best look for a human but delightful for a cat.

Hi Geoffrey, thank you for taking the time to write us a review! I understand that you got two different sizes for your order. We actually don't offer the large cat cave on our website, but since our cat caves are individually hand felted the sizes may vary. Even so, we would like to investigate your case to see how we can fix it and avoid the same issue in the future. Could you please send us a comparison photo of the two cat caves to our email at hello@feltcave.com? Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Good communication
The cat bed was shipped on time and email communication about the status of my order was timely and informative.

Cats Love it
My cats really love the Felt Cave. They each take turns in it, even my biggest cat at 19bs. And there is plenty of room to spare for him too. Great product.

Hi Nancy, thank you so much for your pawsome feedback! It's amazing that even your 19lbs cat fit in the cat cave. We hope it's going to be their new favorite spot! We would love to see photos of them, feel free to send it on our Instagram @feltcave. Have a good day!
Wonderful, just wonderful!
I bought one of the caves for our 3 kittens (6 months old), not knowing if they'd like it or not. After 1 day I had to order another 2 as they are all fighting over the one I already have.
It took no time for them to find it and start sleeping in it, or on it if there's one inside already.
It's a great product and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest them to friends.

Impulse purchase, going to buy a second!
I bought this on a whim because it looked cute, and I’m now probably going to buy a second one! My cats both really like laying on top of it rather than in it, and they’re constantly trying to get the other cat off it so they can use it. It’s really well made and the color I picked looks nice. Customer service reached out to confirm the address, which was also cool. Definitely recommend!
