A company that claims to support women… until a woman actually needs their support

I paid £2,400 for the Create & Sell Accelerator in February 2026. I want to share this factually, because other women deserve to know before signing up.

The course didn't start until 11 days after I purchased - something I wasn't aware of before payment - meaning the 14-day refund window was almost gone before I'd seen anything of substance. The content I did see largely covered ground I'd already worked through myself during those 11 days of waiting, and the programme wasn't moving at a pace that worked for someone who needed to get their product live urgently. Module 5 - where the actual funnel building begins - was weeks away.

I'm a solo mum living off UC payments and was experiencing severe burnout at the time. After 16 days of the course kicking off, I hadn't started a single module. I reached out, explained my situation honestly, and asked for a full or partial refund or credit towards funnel building done sooner. What followed was weeks of back and forth, a call with a team member where I offered a reasonable compromise, that compromise being refused meaning i had no option but to continue with the course, and then the same compromise offered back to me later as though it were a concession. By which point the relationship was completely damaged and I had no desire to stay in their ecosystem.

At one point I was told they couldn't refund me because their 26 staff have mortgages to pay. This from a company whose founder regularly talks online and on the course about the millions the business makes.

Carrie's entire brand is built on supporting women. When a solo mother in burnout came to them - having not completed a single module and having only used FEA Create for a month - they kept £2,400 and cited their refund policy. Make of that what you will.

As a postscript - shortly after this experience, I found an independent coach online offering her content and product course for a £60 one-off payment. Pre-recorded videos, watch at your own pace, plus a community. I completed it in 1 week. Within a week of finishing, I'd grown my Instagram from 100 to almost 6,000 followers and sold over 20 of my digital products. Learn from my mistakes - you do not need to spend thousands of pounds to see results.

Lyndsay Tech Support

Lyndsay spoke very clearly and was a very polite person. She explained what I had to do so that is was easy and quick. All errors corrected and implementation success. Diolch yn fawr - as we say in Wales!

I love Carrie's energy but the site is…

I love Carrie's energy but the site is built in such a way that there is a lot of useless information for you, that you are kind of drowning in all possible information (i.e. other people's ways to get rich) and therefore you end up paying for a long time and in vain. Within 90 days, $10,000 did not come, zero dollars came. So is it a valid waterproof method? Certainly for someone. My surprise was that something that was supposed to have lifetime access was then so that when you have stopped paying you do not get what you have paid for. I never got support times because they are not available in my European time zone. This is not for you if you do not have enough time (8 hours per day) or technical knowledge to make a website yourself and solve your problems. Also, Carrie AI has a really small window and a really short memory.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Lindsay, and I can't speak highly enough of her! She is an absolute star! From our initial conversation to the follow-up, Lindsay was wonderfully personable, making it just as lovely to talk to her as it is to read her friendly emails.
She expertly addressed all of my questions and resolved my issue promptly. I was particularly impressed that she sent an update just half an hour after our call, showcasing her commitment to excellent service.

Powerful on paper, painful in practice

You need to be highly technical to make effective use of this system. This is not a platform for beginners, or for anyone looking for a simple or intuitive experience.

While FEA Create presents itself as a powerful all-in-one tool, the reality is a confusing and inconsistent UI that makes even basic tasks unnecessarily difficult. Setting up order-based email automations with date-specific logic is far more complex than it should be, with triggers and options appearing or disappearing depending on how workflows are built, and very little explanation as to why.

There are also some surprisingly basic features that are not possible at all. For example, adding a marketing opt-in at the point of purchase is simply not supported – this was confirmed by technical support. For a platform positioning itself as an all-in-one marketing and automation system, this is a major limitation.

The website and funnel builder is very unintuitive. There is little true drag-and-drop functionality, layout control is clunky, and visual feedback is poor. Forms in particular cannot be properly branded: font and colour controls are extremely limited, buttons cannot be customised, and it’s not possible to create forms that match your brand without significant compromise.

The survey and feedback tools are another major pain point. Errors caused by hidden or previously created custom fields (“field already exists”) make forms impossible to save or edit, with no clear way to view, manage, or resolve these conflicts. This often forces you to rebuild work from scratch, even when following the platform’s own logic.

Support is also an issue. When you do need help, access to meaningful support is slow – booking a technical support video call can involve waiting more than a week, which is not practical when core functionality is blocking live work.

Overall, the platform feels brittle and over-engineered, with a steep technical barrier just to achieve basic, real-world use cases. Unless you are very experienced with complex automation systems, extremely patient, or able to wait for slow support, this tool is likely to slow you down rather than help. I would not recommend it to small teams, non-technical users, or anyone who needs systems that simply work.

I very much like Carrie's energy and the whole team seems to be made of a very nice people. They offer a lot of tools and resources to start your business with. I took the 90 day 10K month sprint challenge and implemented everything taught from them but after 90 days my Instagram account had only 11 followers and in a month my funnel, that included their Miracle month planner freebie (paid more than 200$ as an upsell), had no newsletter subscribers. So, I asked for a refund. I had taken the challenge because they emphasized that I had nothing to lose. Instead I had... They didn't accept my refund request because I hadn't had answered any surveys they had send to know how it was going for me. That's true, I had been too busy with university exams to read my emails.
So if you want to try it out, make sure you are aware that you most likely won't make any money and won't have a refund unless followed all the steps they ask for. And it takes quite a lot of time to follow all the teachings and implement them. At least one hour every day or two hours every other day is needed roughly. But at least you have tried and unless you try you never know.

I really wanted to love FEA Create.

I’m generally very comfortable with tech and was genuinely excited to use this platform to simplify my business and save time. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.

I’ve tried two different integrations, and neither has worked. Over almost two months, I’ve had around 7–8 support calls and I’m still stuck. What appears to be a technical issue has not been resolved despite repeated troubleshooting.

What’s been most frustrating is the support process. I’ve had frequent 15-minute calls where, despite being prepared, nothing really moves forward. It often feels like we revisit the same points without progress, and the issue remains unresolved week after week.

Instead of saving time, I’ve lost a significant amount of it. Given the cost of the platform, this has been deeply disappointing. I was excited and ready to implement, but the ongoing technical issues and the lack of effective resolution have turned this into a frustrating experience.

I’m sharing this because the platform has potential, but my experience so far has felt like a waste of time, energy, and money.

Horrible experience when cancelling

The content is pretty good and there's a lot of value in the membership. However, I wanted to cancel my subscription (after two years) because I wasn't using it, but noticed this will mean I will lose access to the community INSTANTLY (while having paid for a full year). I didn't go through with the cancellation at the time and kinda forgot about it (my bad). A few months later they renewed my subscription, and I tried to contact them about this. I got ZERO response on my emails and they just charged me for another year. I now cancelled again, which basically means I paid several hundred pounds for nothing...

Love the community vibe and the content, but really: sort this cancellation sh*t out!
