Fenster Glazing Avis

What fantastic service from Fenster Glazing!

Like anything that's used every day, wear and tear is inevitable. Our front door had developed a strange knocking noise whenever it was opened, so I called their office to explain the issue.

Within a few days, an engineer came out, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it in minutes. It turned out to be nothing more than a loose screw on one of the hinges.

In the current climate, value for money is important, but great customer service is just as valuable. I honestly can't fault this company. They fitted all the windows and doors throughout my house, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their products or their aftercare.

A well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you to the whole Fenster team!

We had Fenster Glazing come and replace our double glazing with integral blinds... From start to finish the service was professional. Nick came out to measure up and provide the quote, then Zac and Shane came to replace our glass with the new integral blinds. They were both polite, professional and worked very hard. The integral blinds look amazing and have made a real difference over the hot weather!!!

Thanks Guys...

Fantastic service! Couldn’t fault it, thank you so much!

Zac and Shane worked hard for 2 days installing 10 windows and a front door. Kept me informed each step of the installation. Extremely polite and left my house clean & tidy. The product looks great. Everything as promised.

We finally had our conservation windows replaced today, and we couldn't be happier with the results! A massive thank you to Johnny and Zak, who were absolute pros. They completed the fitting incredibly quickly and were friendly, polite, and deeply considerate throughout the whole process. We truly couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend this team! Thank you so much!

Andy did a great job of adjusting our doors and windows. Very knowledgeable and polite as well

Great service from start to finish very happy with the windows

Unfortunately my experience of Fenster glazing does not match that of others.

Initially the process went well - the website was easy to navigate and contact with various members of staff was professional. However,
I found the quality of work and quality of windows poor and therefore would not recommend Fenster Glazing.

Fantastic service from fenster. Great job fitting my door and windows. Always super responsive to questions and servicing

Very efficient and friendly, in person and via email, making it an easy process to replace blown window glass. A good price and quick installation. Highly recommend!

Very reliable friendly service well worth using this company great company and quick to fix the issue

Second time that I’ve used Fenster and the service is first rate. The French doors are a great addition to my conservatory and they were installed in no time. All the staff at Fenster are professional and pleasant. I unreservedly recommend Fenster for the quality of their products and the service given. Many thanks.

We needed a window and door repair and the process from booking a consultation to completion of the work took less than a week. The staff are very customer friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Fenster.

We first made enquiries for our front door and side panel to be replaced, from the outset from survey to installation we were so impressed with professionalism and the service was second to none, I would like to mention the three installers Tom, Shane, and John, it's a breath of fresh air to have curtius polite skilled workmen who show respect for us the client and the property they were working in.
So impressed that we went ahead to have all our windows replaced.
We have no hesitation in recommending Fenster Glazing.

An excellent company to deal with. Communication, friendliness and quality of work couldn’t be faulted

Recently has a new sliding patio door fitted. From start to finish the service was exceptional. The whole team were professional and could not do enough to help and explain the process and the quality of service delivered was amazing, we could not be happier and will definitely come back in the future for any additional requirements. I highly recommend using Fenster Glazing.

Recently had a new composite internal garage/ fire door fitted and a new lock on another door (which wasn’t straight forward as a specialist door). Both of these tasks were more complex than a straightforward door or lock replacement and Fenster worked hard to research and work with their supplier base to source exactly what was needed, at a really reasonable price and worked with pace to get it done as quickly as they could. Excellent service and would highly recommend and use again for any window and door needs. Everyone we came in to contact with was knowledgeable, positive and wanted to do a great job.

Friendly, efficient and a quality installation of new French doors for our conservatory, slightly more expensive than the bigger companies but more than worth it for the service you receive.

Fenster recently replaced six windows for me and the experience from start to finish was excellent. I prefer to use local independent companies where possible. Pricing was very competitive and transparent, windows are of a good quality and installation was carried out by two helpfull and friendly fitters that clearly knew what they were doing.Delighted with the end result and the process as a whole..
