Charged me for the product several days ago and sent me an email with a tracking number stating it was shipped. That was a lie, they simply printed the shipping label but a week later the product hasn't been shipped. It's hit or miss if their "customer service" bothers to respond. There are so many good products out there so there is no reason to deal with a company that doesn't care about their customers.
Fera Pet's response is disingenuous. Before I wrote the review, their website listed the status of my order as preparing to ship. It wasn't until I wrote this review that it changed to ship. The issue is not USPS, this issue is Fera Pets and their unwillingness to take accountability for their actions and shift blame reinforces their poor business practices. It's a shame because their products have potential, but it's given their dishonesty over shipping what else are they hiding?
