Ferris Wheel Press makes beautiful inks that deliver the look promised. There was a slight foible getting it shipped as my order was incorrectly marked for held shipping due to winter weather - but their customer service team is prompt, polite, and responsive, so the moment the mistake was realized things got moving promptly and things arrived shortly thereafter. I have ordered several times, and have never had a bad experience - even if there are unexpected shipping delays.

I recently placed two orders with FWP, because I had been religiously spinning their loyalty rewards wheel every day for months now and I had finally earned a $50 and a $100 gift certificate, which I used on this day (Mar 13, 2026.) I have a ton of their inks, bought at lots of other stationery/ink stores online, and they do do ink very well. Beautiful tones, shading, sheen, glitter, metallics, standard—they do them all very well. I hadn’t bought from them direct because their prices were usually higher than other places, and because they have a $25 shipping and handling charge, even though they do not ship US orders from Canada, where their business is supposed to be located. They are shipped from the US.

Around Mar 30, I realised I hadn’t heard anything regarding my orders, so I checked on them and saw that neither had been shipped. In the world I live in, you buy something, give businesses your money, and they give you a product or service. That might be simplified, but can you imagine if you went to the grocery store and they said they were going to keep your money for two weeks and THEN give you your groceries. After I emailed them regarding the first of the orders, without a reply to my email they shipped the order. Task done. It did take over two weeks to ship, over 3 to arrive, but at least I got it. Now, a few days ago, I emailed regarding the second order and also got no response. I figured it would be shipped ASAP. Nope. Nothing yet.
If I were you, I’d forget the spinning wheel at Ferris Wheel Press and focus on the stuff they do well, which is ink. Get it at a million places online, probably cheaper and certainly shipped faster.

This is my 3rd order from this company, the inks are gorgeous and the fountain pens write amazing.
This order had a small manufacturing issue with one of the inks which led it to arrive empty but the reporting of this issue was very easy and was addressed within the hour with confirmation via email and the ink organised to be resent out.
This is a brand that I enjoy using every day and have recommended to all of my friends.

Very quick processing of the delivery!
I had an issue with my order where one of the bottles broke during transport. I filled in the support form, provided pictures and the issue was resolved in under 30 minutes, and a replacement order was on its way the same day!
Great company with beautifully designed products and amazing customer service. I have nothing negative to say about Ferris Wheel Press.

Originally wrote a review while being disappointed in the delayed shipping and then wrote specifically about the Shop App updates being the only redeeming quality…. Turns out, the shop app wasn’t holding up THEIR end of the deal. I think it was a day or 2 after reviewing without products in hand that they showed up and I realized that the app wasn’t consistent with the transit details. SO! I’m happy to rewrite this review! Shipping did take a little longer than expected but it seemed a lot worse than it had to be based on the lack of timely tracking details. Otherwise, the packing was secure, packaging is gorgeous, and the inks I ordered were beautiful. Now that I know what to expect, I’m happy to stick with ordering directly from the seller. Sorry about the mixup!
