Very efficient company, my orders have always arrived timely and well wrapped. Special mention for "Tummies" which is excellent for our two rescue german pointers who have dodgy digestive systems - only need a pinch a day in their food and makes poo-picking-up much easier (maybe too much detail but I'm sure fellow dog owners will appreciate it!). I visited your store with my puppy, on previous occasions I have only been collecting an order this day I had time to walk around one of your staff kindly helped me fit a harness and was very helpful unfortunately the person in charge did not give such good service I felt I wasn't wanted in the store, I probably would have purchased more if I had been allowed to browse in comfort.... Disappointing service.... In saying that you have always given me good advice when I need it and I will continue to purchase from your store.
