Fido & Frame Avis 

Infuriating. I spent a huge amount of money on a large acrylic piece with VIP (fast-track) service. They sent me something which was slow to arrive, the wrong size (much too small) and incorrect artwork. They have repeatedly ignored my emails, their slick chatbot claims to be escalating my concerns with progressively increased urgency (I have been messaging that as well as emailing), but still nothing from a human. It's been weeks now, I believe I have been scammed. Lost a lot of money and massively disappointed that we can't get the artwork. It's for a newly built garden room where we are holding a party soon, the room looks amazing apart from a bare wall - this company have massively let us down. Gutted.

I will update this review if they come good but I don't hold out much hope.

A beautiful recreation.

I liked the choices of different types of styles and that I could actually see how the pic would look before I ordered it.
It also arrived pretty quickly to my gift recipient and was undamaged.

Easy to order! Loved that I was able to preview 2-3 different styles before purchasing. Portrait was delivered quickly (within 10 days). It will be a Father’s Day gift I know he will love.

The order arrived more quickly than I expected. I can't take my eyes off of my Duncan. The quality is extraordinary. It looks as if he sat for a painting. I am so pleased. Great quality for the price too!

What a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion. Fido and Frame made it easy and we received the picture quick. We will definitely use Fido and Frame again!

Our portrait turned out better than expected. Love it! It was easy to order and delivered quickly.

Simple order process, except if you want to look at different options I had to re upload a photo. I may not of understood how to look at different options. The canvas turned out beautifully, and it is my precious baby that I can still look at dailey.

It came just as pictured and shipped quickly. Impressive.

To purchase & the time it arrived was 5 stars. The quality of the print was OK. It looked like a print not a painting. The lines are not crisp or clear. A the lines on my dogs coat was little blurry. I think the quality of the frame was wonderful. My issue is the quality of the print for the money spent was not the best

Our beloved pup just recently passed away, seeing Fido and frame was a must. His portrait in watercolor captured him beautifully and I love to look at it. We just purchased another with both of our pups together. Looking for to seeing that one too. Thank you!

to date I have not received anything and I had to give a 5 star rating as a 1 star will not go through the submission process. So I had notification on the 4th June picture despatched and to date 18th June nothing arrived.
Very disappointed beginning to think I have been scammed.
So had a reply quoting an email for information was on its way from Fido and Frame, no surprise that it didn’t come, still no pictures or further communication.
Becoming very frustrated and disappointed with this service.

We love our dogs so much we ordered this portrait and when we received it our hearts were like wow...This is awesome. We love this canvas of our dogs....

The portrait is beautiful and very well done. Looks just like my son's dog.

I loved my canvas painting of my pup Joey who passed away 5/18/26- it was both creative beautiful and fast. It captured his likeness exactly.
