Fido & Frame Avis 

My first portrait didn’t have her name correctly on her collar ( picture glitch when I sent). I contacted them and they created a new portrait with her name that was better than the first. The replacement arrived within days of me contacting them. They were amazing!! Thank you.

Beautiful picture

When I saw the ad on Instagram, I have to admit I was skeptical. I ordered the prints anyway. One print was of Sammie who we lost two years ago and the second was of Sierra, our current dog as a Fathers Day gift for my husband. We both loved them! They exceeded my expectations.

I immediately ordered another print of my daughter’s dog that she lost several years ago. Thank you Fido and Frame, you gave us a beautiful memory to cherish.

I hung it on my wall the minute I received it.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work. The only regret I have is that I omitted to include their names. But I would recommend them to anyone with pets. The portraits arrived exactly when they said they would. Great company.

The picture of my dog is beautiful I had to put him down this year he was very sick but he was also 15 1/2 years old the only thing I miss I should have had his name put on it but I look at it everyday since I got it I miss him so much!!

They kept us informed through out the purchase, from the order all the way through the delivery.
The print we had them do was of our beloved dog, and I must admit I thought that it came out fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

The photo looks like my dog, not a generic photo of a dog and the quality is fantastic.

I took a chance on ordering the portrait of my loving Toy Poodle Hermès. I didn't expect too much but when it arrived, I was so surprised by the quality. The photo came on a canvas and looks like an oil painting wth vivid colors and clear lines. I don't see a way to attach a photo but take my word for it when I say it's beautifully done. My cousin thought I paid hundreds of dollars to have my baby painted and she couldn't believe the quality and the price. I would recommend this to others and I plan to order another with my 3 cats. The delivery was actually quick for work of this type and cam in a sturdy flat box well packaged. All around a great deal.

The portrait came out really well. It’s a nice remembrance of my departed pets. Turnaround time was pretty quick too.

Well honestly, I bought the picture on the spur of the moment. I didn't do any research on the company ( I know! I should do better!). I checked the tracking info several times and there were no updates so I got nervous. I thought it was a scam. I did get my picture! It's adorable! I would encourage this company to communicate better with its customers.

Being able to view what the finished product would look like in just a few seconds via email was great. Being able to AI edit immediately was also fabulous. Picture quality was perfect. Very impressive business. Turn around time was fast - ordered on Thursday, delivered Sunday. Thank you for wrapping in plastic as it was pouring rain and box was soaked. Would have appreciated delivery notice though. It arrived so fast that I wasn’t even looking for it yet.
