Ben provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, able to predict my questions, sought out a great deal for me, wasn’t pushy- just supportive. Everytime I rang I was able to get through, and everyone was polite and happy.

Jordan was great to work with, friendly and informative he made the whole experience stress free. Kept me in the loop throughout the entire experience and everything was presented to me in a way that was easy to understand. Great Communication and professionalism
Ben from FIDO finance did a great job organising Finance for my wife’s new car .
From Pre - Approval to Purchase and Settlement to process only took 1 week .
Ben also secured us a very competitive interest rate . I was kept well informed throughout the entire process and was able to contact him easily .
I would recommend FIDO and will be using them again for my future purchase finance.
