We've stayed in quite a few 5-star French campsites & plenty lesser rated ones. Parc Fierbois is ok, but the pool is much smaller than in photos and dirty - it is literally surrounded by dirt patches where the grass has died (the surface should be artificial) and as a consequence the water is dirty. There are also far too few pool seats & sunbeds & not enough space for all the visitors. We stayed in a "Premium" cabin - it is quite spacious but poorly equipped - especially the kitchen. The showers are hopeless as the water pressure is virtually non-existent - 3 visits to reception to complain we're not successful in resolving this sadly. We needed to use the communal showers. I will be pursuing a partial refund for this.
The public areas & bar are quite soulless & get very crowded at times. The entertainment team & staff were very good however.
I doubt we'd consider returning.
