I've been running through the fiils product catalogue with wild abandon. My current favourite is the pomelo shampoo and conditioner. The pomelo transmogrifies my bathroom into a full citrus orchard, but each scent is so fresh and natural. My hair texture is wavy/curly so it has been difficult to find products that preserve the curl while keeping everything clean and healthy, but I think fiils has hit the mark. Not to mention the environmental impact. Brilliant stuff!

Very disappointed. Firstly the smell of the products was so strong, figured that didn’t matter as it was the bottles I was really after and I planned to refill the, at my local package free shop. The real problem is the quality of the bottles. I bought them in November expecting them to pretty much last forever. However, it’s now August and 3 out of the 4 bottles have just developed small holes and started leaking.

I was drawn to the site because of the eco element, which I am keen to embrace.
I have tried shampoo and conditioner, hand wash and body wash and have to say I have been extremely impressed. The refillable bottles look lovely in the bathroom and the products are simply fantastic. I chose shampoo and conditioner for all hair types and my hair is left feeling really soft. The perfumes are gorgeous too.
I can’t recommend these products enough.

I really wanted to like this product (love the refillable bottles!) - but after giving it shot for over 4 months, I think I need to call it and switch to a better shampoo. I'm no stranger to natural shampoos, I have fairly easy-to-care for straight hair and have had no issues with other natural shampoos or even going without shampoo in the past. But this shampoo left my hair thin and greasy, and the conditioner left my hair weak and fragile. My hairdresser even commented on how damaged my hair is despite having natural, un-dyed hair that previously had no issue with breakage.

Another small issue is that the smell of the products is completely overpowering

Love the concept, service, and options. The refillable containers look fantastic and the scents of the products are truly great (fresh and luxurious!). The return and recycle option to me is brilliant and was one of the decision factors to go fiils. The only reason I've knocked off one star is because the coconut conditioner is VERY thick (I thought at first I'd accidently ordered body cream!) And for this reason getting it to flow through the pump mechanism of the refillable container is tricky. I added a bit of water to mine but it's still slow. I might try a different conditioner scent next time in case this changes consistency of formula. Other than that, it's great and I do find myself recommending to friends.

Super quick delivery, amazing scents and such helpful staff! My only complaint som far is that I have thick, long hair and the shampoo and conditioner don't go far in my hair

The shampoo and conditioner are excellent. My hair is much less frizzy since using. I love that they recycle everything for you.

I've been using Fiils for a while now and I adore their lemongrass scented products! The shampoo leaves my hair feeling great.
I especially love their travel bottles and have even had hotel staff remark that they were 'muy bonita'

I love the idea but not the price. Still undecided on products but the ease of ordering and sending back empties is great.

Good delivery. Shower gel is nice, with a nice scent. The dispenser pumps supplied are a bit flimsy. The coconut conditioner is actually too thick to dispense with the pump supplied, so it’s not very user friendly. For me, the shower gel is nice but I won’t repurchase the conditioner.

I purchased the starter kit of shampoo and conditioner in the lemongrass scent. I have a severe aversion to sulphites and finding a good sulphate free product that cleans and conditions my hair, is affordable and doesn’t irritate my scalp has been a struggle. I love refillable bottles (I went for silver) the texture and scent of the product is really pleasant. I don’t have to use a tone of product to wash or condition my hair and from the first use, no scalp issues. I think the price point is really reasonable and the fact that this is a conscious product from the refillable bottles to the recyclable refill pouches means we’re doing something small in terms of not further contributing to landfill with single use plastics.

Honestly really love the lemongrass scent and can’t wait to try the next two scents. My son does wish there were a few more manly smelling scents. Love the concept of this and the look of the bottles

I waited until I'd used a full pouch of shampoo and conditioner before writing a review as I think it takes a while for your hair to adapt to a new product. In my quest to be more sustainable, I had been using solid shampoo and conditioner bars for years, but felt my hair condition was starting to deteriorate. I came across Fiils and thought I would take a chance. I am not disappointed that I did! I absolutely love the Pomelo shampoo and conditioner and have set up a subscription. My hair smells and feels amazing and the closed loop recycling of the pouches is fantastic. I am looking to try other products now as soon as my current shower gel and body lotion have run out.

Love my Fiils shampoo and conditioner - they leave my hair smelling amazing and feeling so soft and conditioned, and the shampoo has lasted me ages! Also think the bottles look great in my bathroom!

Very simple & easy to use website. We ordered the Lemongrass Hand & Body Lotion to refill our own bottle and couldn't be more happy. The lotion is lovely and is absorbed well and the smell is to die for!
I have just gone to order some more Lemongrass Hand & Body Lotion and it has disappeared, only giving the Coconut one as an option?!! That is disappointing as we love the Lemongrass one and I have therefore dropped a star :(

Great products and would highly recommend. Love the shampoo and conditioner.

The refill bottles are great, beautiful, modern style. The product is okay… shower gel and hand wash are good (I bought lemongrass) shampoo and conditioner not great (coconut) I have to top up with some leftover olaplex. The shampoo doesn’t lather and the conditioner doesn’t spread across your hair.
