Fake “Unlimited” Storage and False Payment Records – Extremely Disappointing After 3 Years
I have been a Premium user of file-upload.org for three years. Unfortunately, my long-term experience with this platform has been deeply disappointing.
First, the so-called “unlimited” storage is misleading. Over time, thousands of my uploaded files became unavailable for download, even though they are still visible inside my account dashboard. From a user’s perspective, this is unacceptable — files appear to exist, but in reality, they cannot be accessed or downloaded. That defeats the entire purpose of paying for Premium storage.
Second, there is a serious issue regarding payouts. On their public “Proof of Payments” page, it shows that I was paid $72.38. However, I never actually received these funds. This creates the impression that the platform maintains a misleading or fabricated payment history page that does not reflect real transactions.
I have contacted customer support multiple times about both the inaccessible files and the missing payout. My messages have been completely ignored. No clarification, no investigation, no resolution.
After three years as a paying customer, I expected professionalism, transparency, and at least basic communication. Instead, I am left with inaccessible files, unpaid earnings, and zero support response.
In my opinion, advertising unlimited storage while allowing files to become inaccessible, and displaying payout records that were never actually paid, raises serious concerns about the credibility of this service.
I strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting this platform with their files or expecting fair compensation.
