Charged an extra $60 (hidden fee) on…
Charged an extra $60 (hidden fee) on top of installation to drill the stone bench top. I wouldn’t trust these guys. They have and original quote and added to it when I came time to tap the card. Drilling a 10mm hole to install the system should be included.

Thorough work done!
We had Water Filter solutions come out today and had Leonardo. He did an amazing job very clean very respectful & very thorough in his work. No mess.
Will recommend only Leonardo to come and do your work.

Very unprofessional 😡
They don't even deserve one star for customer service. Lady over the phone this morning when I just asked for the invoice. I need to send invoice to RTA which I explained her and asked if she has any time frame so I can notify RTA. She was out of control. I think she needs counselling to manage her anger issues or she should change her profession. Very disappointing 😞

We are very pleased with Filtered Water Solutions. We had a bad experience with Filpure that caused water damage to our kitchen. Then the professional installer from Filtered Water Solutions came and fixed all the mess, in a professional efficient way is in very polite well mannered attitude unlike our earlier experience with Filpure.
My family and I are thankful and grateful for their excellent, timely and reasonable charged services. Highly recommended.

The person that came to change the filter was great, only I recommended my daughter and son-in-law get one and they did, I didn't get a discount for my service infact it went up $10

Always on time
