Outstanding Customer Service and Hassle-Free Replacement

Good experience
The lights arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Communication was quick and clear throughout the process. Only the delivery took a bit longer than expected, but overall a very good experience.

Our delivery times can vary depending on stock availability – items we hold in our Dublin warehouse are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, while products sourced from our suppliers can take up to 11 business days before dispatch. Full details are outlined in the Delivery Information section of our Terms & Conditions page.
We are continuously working on improving our stock levels so that more items are available with next-day delivery. At the same time, it isn’t possible for us to hold every product in large quantities, as our warehouse facilities in Dublin can only accommodate a certain level of stock. For this reason, some items need to be sourced from our suppliers’ warehouses. If you’d ever like an estimated delivery date before placing an order, our team is always happy to provide this over the phone.

4 lights arrived quickly and very well packed ..they are now on the wall and ceiling and look fantastic. Excellent quality very happy with them and we'll definitely order again.

Lovely product
Lovely product. There was a delay in delivery . I emailed twice regarding the order and got a prompt and helpful reply each time from Sarah. Deducting 1 star because of delay other wise I’m well satisfied with Find a Light Ireland
