Find a Race Avis 3

I paid an extra £3.50 for cancellation insurance and then found out you aren’t covered for any reason other than certified illness. I was unable to make the race due to unexpected work commmitments and had to forfeit the entire fee. I think this is very poor value insurance and I’d advice anyone not to pre-book until the very last minute particularly as it’s unlikely the race would be oversubscribed, and don’t bother with the insurance as it’s a bit of a scam. Also I wrote a negative review which they didn’t publish (similar to comment above) which proves they are a disingenuous company.

They don't print negative reviews. I submitted a negative review for the Shoreham River Run (which was a laughably dangerous course). It wasn't published by findarace on their website. I then tried to post another one. Same result. So, you can't trust the reviews, making the whole exercise pointless and disingenuous.

Zero stars. Awful slow unresponsive customer service. Rescheduling simple run race with a month notice never happened and they kept my money too simple thieves! Emailing them to require refund they went MIA again. Scam all the way!!
