I received a message that looked urgent and slightly manipulative, and my first instinct was to respond right away. Instead I checked the number, and the results didn’t align with what the person claimed. That one minute pause probably saved me from a messy conversation or a scam. I appreciate tools that create that “slow down” moment before you react emotionally. After seeing the info, I blocked the number and felt immediate relief.

been using it a few months now trying to track down an old friend i lost contact with after college, had their old email address and ran it -- got some linked profiles but none that matched up enough to be sure, still checking, the image lookup feature is next on my list to try.

the reverse phone lookup works fine most of the time but i ran a number that had been calling me for weeks and got back a name i couldnt verify anywhere else, wish the database pulled from more current sources because some of it feels a bit stale, the data breach checker though was spot on -- found three exposures i didnt know about.

so i was about to move with my two kids…
so i was about to move with my two kids to a new neighborhood and my realtor kept saying the area was up and coming and perfectly safe, but i always check myself before making any decisions like that, ran the address through here and also did the sex offender search for the surrounding streets -- found a couple of results within a few blocks that the realtor definitely wasnt going to mention, its not like i expected perfection but i needed the full picture before signing anything, the info was solid and the PDF download was handy because i could share it with my husband without having to walk him through the site, ended up choosing a different area.

Scammers and Law Breakers
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Findsio are of the opinion that their company policies are above the law, they are not.
Not only do they fail to advertise a search as signing up for a subscription, they send no confirmation either. Despite explaining this they keep ignoring it and saying ‘we regret our software did not meet your expectations’. This has nothing to do with software expectations but being signed up for something I never agreed to!
Being wilfully ignorant and deceitful is not an excuse for stealing peoples money.
As such I am contacting the relevant authorises and the bank.
