My first time ordering. Very happy with almost everything I received and it got here in a timely manner. I took a star off because of two things. The thread on the new DE5 wasn’t smooth and I cut my hand trying to screw it together. A little mineral oil and it works really well. The second thing was patchouli oil in The American Blend. (I have a mild to severe allergy to patchouli) The box it shipped in reeked setting off a mid level reaction. Sadly had to throw the brand new bottle of aftershave out. Next time I’ll send an email to check if what I’m ordering has patchouli in it.

The products are top notch! Fragrances are amazing and my face always feels great after a clean shave. I love the American Blend and the Bay Rum fragrances. Customer service is also a 10/10. They helped me correct my order incredibly fast.
