Too hard to return merchandise
Too hard to return merchandise. Too hard to reach the store or Customer Care. No one answers. Horrible service. The rigamarole that I am having to go through to return merchandise that was suggested in a totally wrong color is ridiculous and I won't ever shop at FineLinens again because of this.

My first purchase from Fine Linens was placed by phone with a very personable gentleman, and my most recent purchase was transacted online. In both cases, the process was straightforward and the merchandise was delivered within a relatively short time period. Although I was focused on products from a particular manufacturer, Fine Linens offers a wide array of merchandise and I expect to explore other options in the future.

I love the bamboo towels I bought! I will say the "nude" color I chose turns out to be more of a light pink in person. Not a big deal but in the picture on-line the color looked more sand than pink. So just something to note.
The towels are soft, lightweight, and very absorbent. Just what I wanted. I like the size of the towels as well. I bought 4 towels and 2 hand towels. Hand towels are a bit large but again not a big deal. Overall very happy with my purchase. Would buy these towels again for myself and as gifts.
