We purchased a combination of towels and bath mats, from the same manufacturer, same color name and they were not even close in matching.
They did process our return promptly.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry you were disapointed in the color of the towels. Unfortunately that sometimes does happen within certain brands with dialot issues. We have reached out to the manufacturer to let them know and they are working on it right now. I do see your order shipped out in 2 days and was returned and credited to you the day we received it. Towels not at luxurious as last order...
This definatly was not as thick and soft as my other towels I have ordered in the past. I could buy 10 costco towels for the same price and they feel about the same. What happened? My past orders were amazing...

great quality, great price!
my sweet husband gave me a gift card to a very high end bedding store. we bought a duvet cover and sheet set, but we needed many accessories to go with the set. this store sold a beautiful decor pillow for $260.00. we paid $176.25 for the exact item at fine linens. i will be shopping at fine linens in the future. i love quality and good deals!
