Placed an order through Finettchi and within hours the item was dispatched and on its way to me! The customer service was amazing throughout, advising of all delivery updates too! The managing director also sent an email after my purchase thanking me for my custom which was so lovely! My partner has also previously bought items from Finettchi for me and had the same high level of customer service! Highly recommend and will definitely purchase from here again in the future!
