Ordered it never turned up contacted them as asked they said they would need my photo id to send to the customs to prove who I was for them to get it cleared I said I would need there information to get incontact and they never responded. I asked for a refund and still no

Finfinity will call you back and say that everyone was fired and they need to give back the clients money back in order to get back their license. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM ITS ANOTHER BRUTAL SCAM.

Finfinity.io is a scam. It is like a snake with shiny skin. I had read about another company and signed up for that, but for some reason, finfinity.oi contacted me. I thought they were part of the company I had signed up for and began working with them. Mia Mayer, a most excellent con artist, helped me in day trading, with mediocre success. You see the numbers go up and you are happy. But you never get paid. Mia began pressurizing me to invest more money. She even went into my bank account through Any desk and convinced me to temporarily put in my money so we could get leverage from her company. She said we could pull it back out shortly, once we get the leverage. I even told her that it was essential money for my rent and groceries for my children, but she convinced me that we could pull it back out in a short time. Like a fool, I believed her. Once the money was transferred, she went through the motions of pretending to transfer the money back through Newton. The money was never transferred back. She blamed me that I had not copied the crypto wallet key correctly. I told her she was with me when I did it. She is a master at blaming others. With her strong accent and staggering English (which could also be fake, who knows) she is a wily scammer. She had wiped out nearly everything from my account. I was so shocked and surprised that I stopped trading or speaking with her. I insisted on getting my money back, to which she said I had to put in a percentage of the money showing in my account. I advised her to release the money less the amount that they wanted me to put in (again), but she had a plethora of excuses. She even made me speak with another scammer who was supposed to be from the finance dept. He said I had to pay a certain percentage and only then could the money be released to me. I told them I did not have the money and she had the audacity to suggest I ask my family, friends, and acquaintances. In the end, she sent me a letter supposedly from the blockchain confirming I had to pay a percentage to get my money. I decided, I wanted no more of this crap and left it at that. I lost all my savings and did not get back one cent. Mia Mayer is a blotch on the fair sex. Ruthless and cutthroat. Beware of her. People like her should be thrown in jail and never released. Scammers like her are termites to society. She is a rogue and a thief. May she live and die a cursed life! May she burn in Hell for all the people she has duped and swindled!

This so called company is 100% a Total SCAM. I agree with the other review, Alexa Borg (senior advisor), Mario Novak (supervisor) managed to swindle me out of over $10000 USD, Alexa Borg repeatedly lost my funds in Trades and continuosly Lied about her actions and statements which she denies, when I asked for the voice recordings of our conversations ( she says that all conversations are recorded in case of any discrepancies ) I was denied and her supervisor Mario Novak refused to email me a transcript of our conversations nor would he even return repeated email requests for help, RED FLAG! They will tell you that you will get a Month of RISK FREE TRADING for a large sum for which you have to send them in Bitcoin, another SCAM. Try to get your money out as descibed by the other reviewer on this Trustpilot site and you will have no success! These crooks took me for over $10000 USD. I give them Zero review stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
