The light stopped working after about a month, I contacted Firefly and they haven't responded in several weeks. Pretty terrible customer service, pretty awful light. Might take it to the ACCC.

Bought a hot water system only to find out after i had already paid for it never come with a pump so requested a refund its been a week and still have not recieved my refund wont be dealing with these guys again

Good buy & recomended
They are a bit bulky and don’t have any emergency switch off incase it tips over. Overall ok. It was 6 degrees outside my tent. I have a zempire 4 - 5 person air tent. It kept the tempreture down but you could still feel the cold a bit. Its start noisy but once heated up n running they are quite reasonable quite. High recomended.

After ringing three times with regards…
After ringing three times with regards to the damage to my Firefly hot water system I got a response. The replacement part was to reach me by Friday 19thJuly as we were leaving on our outback trip. As this did not arrive we have had to postpone our departure. Did not receive today tomorrow will be the 23rd.
