Hi Timothy. This is very odd. I looked up your account and it appears the order you placed on March 16 was delivered March 31st. Your ordered two Premium XL T-Shirts. You did not place an order for patches in that order. You’re only order for patches was back in June 2025 which was delivered. Have you reached out to our customer service team? The shirts so far have been great. A good fit, maybe not the heaviest weigh material, probably wouldn't last long as an actual job shirt bit nice for wearing out n about. I've been happy with it so far.

Every shirt and patch has been of amazing quality. I've started a wall of patches in my bunker room at the firehouse, and every shirt arrives on the day we have union meetings. I've become the "shirt guy" at our union meetings. I love the collection keep it coming!

this is the best T-shirt company I've ever worked with
Long-term customer management is great. There was one mixup order and they made sure it was taken care of and sent out the right shirt overnight express which obviously isn't she if you need phone support they always will call you back. I've been using them for over five years, the qualities has only gotten better. I honestly can say I enjoy waiting for my package every month from them. Also, the price is not changed and it's a huge reason why I'm with them. The quality is great. The customer service is great these shirts best you an extreme extremely long time. RUN DON'T WALK TO THE PLACE. I normally don't do reviews with this company deserves one. They do a hell of a lot of work thank you firehoude shirt club!
