Offering a range of specialist services to clients throughout most of south east Essex, all clinics are conveniently located with ample parking and within easy access of bus routes. Established in 2015 the current owners, husband, and wife team Sajeed and Daiva, took over First4feet in early 2016 and have worked hard to transform it into the successful brand that it is today. Known for their excellent reputation and first-class customer care, the team comprises qualified and registered foot health practitioners, a physiotherapist, visiting podiatrist and an aesthetic practitioner. With over 30 years combined experience in both the NHS and the private sector, first4feet pride themselves in offering outstanding service, utmost professionalism, and the latest treatments at competitive rates. The service is continually evolving, and all practitioners ensure their clinical and professional development meets the latest industry standards by attending conferences, courses, and presentations by sector experts to hone their skills and develop knowledge of upcoming treatments.

Verruca Removal
I had three verrucas (1 medium & 2 large) with 1 being approx 18 months old which became painful to walk on.After 7 appointments with Sajeed they are completely gone.
He used acid treatment which though moderately painful on the day of each application has worked wonderfully.
Sajeed is caring, professional and friendly. I would recommend him highly & would look no further for any future foot treatments I may require.

Such a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere
I visited the Hadleigh clinic yesterday and I must say that my feet are feeling so much better now no more pain in my big toes which have in growing nails I was seen straight away and it really was a pleasant experience I’ve made appt to see them again I’m so pleased I found someone I can trust with my feet 😊

Relief at last.
My husband visited Hadleigh on the 14th January 2026. Sajeed found the problem with his toe which had been giving pain for a long while. He was delighted with the treatment he received and would have no hesitation in recommending this Clinic to anyone suffering with a foot problem.

A really positive experience.…
A really positive experience visiting first4feet in Hadleigh for the first time. Without an appointment i was seen by Sajeed straightaway, having the problem of a minute foreign piece of grit embedded in the ball of my foot.
Within a few minutes Sajeed had sorted my problem.
Professional, likeable, and helpful, I could not have received better treatment than what I received at this business.
Sajeed, thank you kindly for making walking a pleasure again!

I visit first4feet every six weeks for treatment to my poor weary feet - every visit is a pleasure. They are so professional but friendly, from the receptionists to Sajeed who all do a fabulous job. I always leave with my feet feeling refreshed and comfortable, like walking on air! Highly recommend.

My first visit to Hadleigh clinic today. I hobbled in with painful feet & walked out with them feeling wonderful. Ruta made an excellent job of cutting my toe nails thus relieving my pain.
I made my next appointment before I left.

Satisfied new customer
Very friendly staff, knowledgeable chiropodist and reasonable cost. I had previously used another based in Leigh on Sea and it was rushed and the practitioner didn't have a good bedside manner so I'm glad I found this practice.
