Multiple packs of tiles were delivered broken and we were refused a return as apparently taking longer than 48 hours to check 22 packs of tiles (ontop of each other) is unreasonable. This rule was not... Voir plus

I needed some tiles quick...
I needed some tiles qith a quick turnaround & Ben was nothing but helpful, they even paid for a speedier delivery which was just fanctastic. Customer service is fantastic & the product gorgeous so I am very happy. I will definetly be going to Ben again when I require more tiles.

I had been badly let down by another tile company. I contacted first4tiles with a request for ultra fast delivery on replacement tiles. They were incredibly helpful and arranged delivery for me in superfast time - saving me condsiderable potential delay and additional costs on my patio project. I am very grateful to the first4tiles team

We had ordered tiles on line
We had ordered tiles on line, delivery was fine, however the Barcelona tile showed blue on the website and it is actually a sage green, recommend getting a sample tile however short of time would get it from a shop as the colours are completely different. When spoke to the company they were good but had to pay for return so ended up just changing the colour scheme.

I'm sorry that you were not happy. The images used on our website are supplied from the manufacturer and are not edited apart from some cropping when needed.
We always recommend a sample first as there can be differences with colours in real life compared to the very best calibrated monitor or screen.
That said, on occasion there can even be slight colour variations between different batches of the same tiles which occurs in the manufacturing process.
If you need any further tiles for a future project, please contact me directly and I will see what we can do for you as a goodwill gesture.

10/10 company - would use again
Really great exprience with First4tiles. Highly recommend and here's why: 1. knowledgeable sales people when you ring up 2. free samples 3. easy to get through to the company 4. extremely price competitive - best price we saw, and then went on sale further. 5. speedy delivery. 6. had a couple of chips on our tiles - no issue, straightaway replacement sent free of charge and delivered the next day. 7. really nice people (Ben, Nathan, Cian personally lovely) ... what more can you ask for! 10/10 will use again.

Great tile service
Ordered tiles online, slight error from the warehouse on the counting side, rung them up ,they sorted it straight away, no great drama, I can not fault them, highly recommended.
