Outstanding cutting edge training
Outstanding cutting edge training! The online theory aspect is fully comprehensive with excellent clear video demonstrations from an evidently brilliant practitioner (Emma?!), and all the information broken down into readily digestible chunks.
The practical aspect was delivered by an extremely experienced practitioner /instructor /examiner (Pete), who made the experience fun, engaging and pacy from start to finish.
First aid was daunting. Now I feel confident.

Paediatric First Aid
The first aid course was well delivered, with a good balance between practical activities and theoretical content. The speaker was attentive to individual needs and concerns and catered to these effectively. Any misconceptions were addressed respectfully and professionally. By the end of the session, I felt secure and confident in taking on the role of a first aider in a primary school setting.

I have completed paediatric first aid…
I have completed paediatric first aid training many times with various providers, but this was by far the most thorough and effective. The online day was an excellent refresher, and the face-to-face day was highly practical, engaging, and delivered with great humour and memorable rhymes that really helped embed the key learning.
Pete was an extremely knowledgeable trainer who brought the course to life by sharing his own experiences. Jacob was a wonderful addition and really supported understanding of what paediatrics means in practice – children and young people up to 18.
Staff feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and the impact was immediate, with staff confidently referring to their first-aid reasoning the very next day. Completing the training together also meant our school policy could be shared and referred to. Professional conversations since have focused almost entirely on first aid, with staff keenly sharing their new knowledge – and others already asking to attend the next course.
We will definitely be booking with you again for our updates and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
