I’ve had the same experience as others. I was excited to have the combination WSJ and Bloomberg for 5 years for $85. Bought the package in 2022. From the first login on, the WSJ & Bloomberg app constantly ask for you to re-login, then the username and password combinations don’t work. Then FAN sends a new one after weeks of hounding them; they don’t respond quickly and usually takes 3-5 emails to javier.zelaya@camreo com to get some ounce of what you paid for to work. It’s terrible and annoying. I couldn’t figure out how they were doing this, but as others pointed out it is probably a Ponzi scheme where they take your money; create logins, share them with others and repeat. I naively thought it was an aggregator that worked out a deal with both publications to provide the masses access at a lower price to multiple publications. (wholesale club, etc).
Save your money go direct.

First American News will take your money and run

I signed up for a Wall Street Journal 3-Year Digital Subscription on June 22, 2024 and paid $189.00 by credit card. The assigned User ID and assigned password quit working on December 10, 2024. Now when attempting to sign in, the following error message is received: “Your email does not match our records. Please try correcting your email or try a username.”

First American News does business under numerous names, including First American News and WSJ Print Subscription. The business address is the same, the email addresses are the same, and the phone numbers are the same. The business has numerous email addresses that get bounced back to the sender as undeliverable and others that get no response from the company. No answer on phone calls and no return calls when a voice message is left.

The Better Business Bureau gives them an F-rating for failure to respond to complaints and says mail sent to the company is returned by the United States Postal Service as undeliverable.

I am beginning my "5 year" subscription…

I am beginning my "5 year" subscription to Barron's and Wall Street Journal that I fully paid for with First American News. Multiple times my subscription login/password has not worked, at first WHEN I reached out to them they furnished a new one. Now for the past 4 months I cannot login and First American News does NOT answer emails or phone calls, based on 30 or so attempts by me -- nothing.

This is premeditated FRAUD! Can't law enforcement shut them down and throw them in the slammer?

Three year Bloomberg subscription stop working after one year, telephone call tp First American News no longer answer

I have subscribed Bloomberg from First American News for three years starting July 2023. I was unable to log into Bloomberg with the provided password in July 2024, when I called in July this year I was asked to give the company a few days to solved the problem. I have sent emails several times to ask politely for solution.
Now when I call First American News (many times since July), the call is always on hold but never picked up. But I see the company continues to advertise on the web, I wonder if the company is still in operation. My fully paid order number with First American is 3501.

Complete SCAM - don't leave your credit card with them!!!

They are a SCAM for real and FRAUDULENTLY USE your CREDIT CARD! They have stopped hosting this website but started a new one, same address but they replaced 'american' for 'am' => doing the same scam again.

WATCH OUT! They charge you a cheap fee for 3 or 5 years, but you will never enjoy the reading (because the login and password they provide only work for a month, then expire because they don't pay). They provide the same login to everyone who signs up.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD on top of it! Also, it turns out they have abused my credit card for fraud and spent money on flowers, hotel, car rental, et cetera.

WATCH OUT!

I purchased a 5 year subscription to…

I purchased a 5 year subscription to Business Week in July 2023. The access I was given no longer works, just 5 months into the subscription. Access has been spotty since subscribing and now the access I was given results in a message that the account is locked! First American does not respond to my emails.

I subscribed to two subscriptions, but I could not access FT and Barron's for 2 months!

I have subscribed to their FT.com and Barrons.com packages for three years in April 2023. I have enjoyed it for a month, and the service was disconnected. I contacted them, and then it worked for a month again. Then dead again. Now, they don't even respond to my emails anymore. I have sent many. Be careful; I don't know what is going on. I keep everyone informed.

Update 18/SEP/2024: No replies by email, but I called them just know. They picked up the phone and gave me new passwords. I have upgraded my rating from 1 to 2 stars. Let's wait for an email and then I might improve this rating futher.
